I think it's important to rotate a few names if you're gonna do this, that's what I usually do minus this name. I know a few people who literally do different versions of the same name which must get tiring. You can get bored if it's used enough, I know I have with a name or two. RP wise it's important to have a reason or excuse as to why that "name" isn't dead, possibly using it as the name got carried down in the family or something but OOC it really doesn't matter.
