Jay had established two very outstanding operations on both the east and west coasts of the nation and he knew he would need a way to bridge the two soon. With this in mind Jay set his sights on Chicago. He had an amazing idea that would help fuel both fronts from the very center of the nation. He was to set up an employment office in Chicago. He would use this front as a way to recruit people into his operations.

Whether it was sending someone off to sea out of New York City, having people work security for his facilities and shipments, or even running a canning machine in Los Angeles, Jay had something for anyone. There was always work to be done and Jay was always in great need of good help.

The building was a large brick and wood facility that may have one point been a cigar factory, but now it was something entirely different. The building was converted to accommodate many offices and cubicles where Jay's specially trained staff would sort through workers and ensure that each person was fit with the most beneficial job. Jay had his office at the far rear of the large facility. It was rare for Jay to get involved with this business as much as the other two, but on a slim occasion he would take the time to meet people in his private office. His doors were now open, and people were being placed in steady employment situations that benefited all parties. It was truly a good move.
