Sadguy looks around at the bodies and blood stains. He thinks back to his father's stories of the states and the senseless deaths. He remembers that with the new people in power it was supposed to be different.he remembered his father's dreams of a better world.

He opens the jurnals of James Coonan his father. And reads some of the entries stories about the desire to be done with tyrants and the likes. Well sorry pops we traded one for another.

With that he gets on the boat and heads back to Ireland. Never to return.

I do say, people tend to forget that this is all part of what we sign up for. You don't get into... "this lifestyle"... and not expect a dictator to come into play from time to time. My father died in the previous war as well... all I have to say is that there is only one guarantee in this thing of ours, death will come to us all. Sometimes it's by someone you consider your best friend, sometimes it comes at the ends of dying needlessly in a war. The sooner you accept that fact, the less painful it becomes to succeed in this thing of ours.

Sorry to see you leave. As the young Pancake before me has said, we sign up to die at some point.

How we approach this life will always determine our success. Tyrants, builders, pioneers, coasters, teachers... There are many ways to set your eyes on the top spot. Which is where many may fall down, reaching too high. So much can be accomplished at a lower level, or just accepting you're part of a larger operation. Indeed you're then at the mercy of someone else's approach, but, c'est la vie.

If you feel your approach is something that people can get behind, have faith in it. Don't necessarily ram it down peoples throats, but persevere. When you're not in power, prepare and gather followers to your cause. When you're in power, execute it.

I regret seeing someone with a vision for stability, for a better world, take up and leave. Unfortunately, the hard way of doing things, through development of people and diplomacy, are often the hardest. Don't give up!
