With the recent events, there have been many cities that have been disrupted and need to be rebuilt. This is a massive task and one I do not take lightly. After much deliberation and thought I have decided on sending Coltrane to run and rebuild the city of Seattle. Coltrane has been a loyal and respected member of Detroit. He has helped me build up this city and helped make it the great city it is. And for that, I have the honor of giving him the keys to Seattle and allowing him to use his talents and help rebuild that city. I know that how hard he will work to make it a thriving and strong city as well. |

| "Damn kid, did you hear last news ?". Slinger looked at the old man next of him and reply : "yea. Seattle's streets are now ruled by ... Coltrane, right ?". The old afro-american worker stayed quite for a while "its not about one man, it's about family kid." Slinger was new over town, doing on drugs, petty crimes and low felonies. His father left them since childhood. "No one should live alone, outside of his community, his family" ended Slinger Bell. The train arrives to Las Vegas station and passengers get over it. Slinger snorted smell of money and good deals, he's a low criminal now, but who knows if he can do what Coltrane did before, and all these guys who made huge things by union makes power. (Sorry for my limited vocabulary, Im french player and I would like to do some RP too, I hope to perform better RP, so any advice is welcome. Its my first RP) | |

After word of Coltrane's move from Detroit to Seattle reached all across the United States, a package and letter arrives from the city of Detroit, the letter reads as follows.
Coltrane, Enclosed in the package I've included, please find a bottle of wine I think you'll enjoy. I hope you can share it with some friends in celebration of your move to the west coast. I have no doubt you will do amazing things there. Please stay in touch. You will be missed in the motor city. I hope we can still work on projects together going forward. With Respect & Affection, Ms. Isabella Luciano |

Colt couldn't help but to keep his mouth open in disbelief. He was honored to have been given the chance to lead next to Marie and Lucky, and to help them rebuild what had been left, and he was even more honored now that he was given this opportunity. He dearly thanked his friend Sal and everyone who congratulated him, before jumping at the wheel of his train.
All aboard! |
