I find it sad how people find they are above the constraints of a protection order - that they do not need to obey even TheDean.

Most of those people on that list have now been shot in their sleep.

TheDean himself has pointed out that the final decision on what happens to Magua's former members belongs to Roman so, assuming the shots were taken by the people that Roman has given permission to take them, then yes it is okay.

i believe TheDean said it was Romans Decision too do what he wants with those members...most of the mademen and above have been shot for whatever reason.

In all honesty after the actions of Magua I'm shocked those below Made Man were given protection. They should all personally be thanking Roman for being so kind even though their leader made an extremely poor decision.
