Tenkai, finishing up drawing out the blue prints for Tower Lodge, he looked up, thinking back on why he wanted something like this in the first place, he remembered it always being cold, and having no place to go, to warm up, he shivered at the thought, he remembered as a child, feeling his fingertip so cold they were blue, almost as if the feeling left his fingers, he remembered how his parents always kept him huddled to their chest to keep him as warm as possible, he remembered the quiet nights, when the snowflakes hit the grounds, she shivered at the thought.

Thinking back on it now, he remembered how he wanted to walk into a place that was warm and inviting, and served hot beverages, and he always wanted to sit in front of a hot, blazing fire, so he could roast marsh mellows, so he could put them in his hot chocolate, he also remembered he wanted something warm to eat, he wanted a warm bed to sleep in, he sighed, coming back to reality.

He got on the phone, and called the contractors to have it built, explaining everything he wanted done, and the measurements, and everything, and he would come right over with the blue prints, it being early spring right now, it would be done before winter, and he knew it, and was glad he had gotten started right away, as he hung up, he then stood up, he was glad he had changed into conservative clothing, as he started to walk out of his office he had a car pull around to pick him up, he then walked out of The Tower manor, waving to everyone as he left, to go handle business.

As he got into the car the door shut behind him, glad he had his blue prints in his hand, he didn't remember grabbing them, probably a reflex action, he was too excited to notice, he should probably tone down the excitement and pay attention he thought to himself, on the drive there, he looked out the window, seeing people running in a hurry, to where ever they were going, he tsked at how he used to do the same thing, and without realizing they had arrived.

As they arrived, he hopped out of the car with his blue prints, he then quickly walked in, for his meeting with the contractor, to build his place, he was rather feeling impatient, as he sat down the male came out and called his name, he stood up and followed the male right into his office, he supposed he could have met up with the contractor at the Manor, but he wanted it to be a little more professional, so he sat down, when the contractor gave him permission.

"What can I do for you, Mr. Tenkai?" Asked the Contractor, as Tenkai sat down.

"Well, I have blue prints, that I would love for your help to build this, now I have more than enough money to have this built, it will be big, but I would like it done before the this winter, preferably." Tenkai said, as he set the blue prints on the contractors desk.

"Alright, we expect you to check in on it, every once in awhile, and once it is done, we will hand you the keys." The male said, as they shook hands.

Once the meeting was over, he walked out, she walked out of the building, getting into his car, as they drove off, he took a breath of fresh air, he was happy to have this be done and over with, it was time to bring dreams to a reality.

As they came back home to the manor, he would now be in the waiting process, to get the keys to the place, he remembered how he wanted it done, everything was all one level, there would be a game room and a pool room with lockers, to go swimming, there would also be log cabins and stone houses, and in the main building there would be a warm welcoming, a huge fire place, comfortable places to sit, and side wall water falls, and there would be a kitchen so they could order what ever they wanted, to have warm foods, all around there will be different parts of nature to make it more like a lodge.

As he thought it more out, and the separate would have everything in it, that the main building had, there would also be things to do on the grounds, like hiking bike riding, and other sporty things to have fun with, the cooling and heating system for the floors, and everything, it would be Egyptian style, to save on the heating cost, and the fire would be burning with natural wood, there would be waiters and waitresses all and through out the place, and other staffing.

The halls would be filled with creative nature designs, along with doors, and at the end of the right hall, would be offices and a lounge, and in each of the rooms would have a sorts of different styles, Roman, Egyptian, and Japanese and Chinese style, and a homely style.

There also would be a Japanese style public bath mixing with Chinese and Egyptian style, the rooms would have their own private baths along with the houses, it would be wonderful to own, and he realized it was going to be huge, so he would need some help 

As the Spring turned into summer, and summer into a light fall, he noticed it was getting colder, even though he didn't get cold anymore, turning a certain age, he could still feel the slight temperature change, he hated the waiting game, but while he waited he, thought about the foods they would serve, he would serve them to the climate changes, and during each season, he wondered how long it was going to take.

As he came back to reality, from thinking, The phone had started to ring, he noticed it was getting louder, as he was snapped back out of his mind, he noticed it was the phone on his Desk, he sighed.

"Hello, this is Tenkai, how may I be of service?" He asked, as he put on a smile, hoping it was the contractor.

"Yes, Tenkai, we have the keys for you, everything is all done, and cleaned up, I am just here to give you the keys, and calling from your new office phone." The male said, and hung up.

Tenkai walked out of his office, and ran out of the Manor, and got into the car, as the car door was shut behind him, they drove off, to the district , to where his place was at, as they came to a stop, he noticed, the contractor standing outside, with his key, he then got out of the car, and walked up to the male, and took the key gently, and shook hands with the man, and he watched as the male left, Tenkai went in and smiled seeing everything that he had dreamt of, and turned it into a reality.

Walking around my home city is always a good time.. but what is this new place.. Lodging.. what a great idea...not as expensive as a hotel maybe. I decided to go and check it out.. i always check out family businesses of course, right? It that new car smell, but for new structures, super clean.. you know, everything is shiney and brand new. Well, might as well get a room, while I am here. I looked like something the cat dragged in, so I hoped the staff would not notice that.

I did not need anything fancy or anything. Any room would do for me, but I saw a sign that is was free for family, that was great! I do take care of myself well, and clean up after myself.. try to leave it better than when I arrived. You of course want to be asked back when you are in town. I do not want to be one of "those" guests the employees are like, Oh, no, here she comes again, and fight over who has to serve me.

Coming up to the desk, I wonder if  the desk clerk would know who I was, and whether or not I was family or some bum off of the street. I imagine with a special for family, people will try and pull one over on the staff. 

Isabella came by late one afternoon with her bodyguards in tow.  She was without her fiancee, Elias_Luciano because she needed to do some footwork that she would rather he not know about.  Ringing the bell she waited for someone to help her.  She'd heard that Tenkai owned this place.  She hoped so... because this ask was a big one and she'd need that kind of pull to make it happen.

Tenkai sitting in the back just finishing up a few things heard the bell being rung, she wondered who it was, he thought maybe there was someone at the front desk by now, to greet others.

Hearing the bell means no one was the front desk, as he put the made dinner rolls in the oven to be cooked, he set the timer, and went to check on his customers.

“Hello, jewels, what can I do… “ He started to say, as he looked and saw his main boss, he snapped his fingers to take of Mrs. Jewels.

He then walked over to Isabella, his boss and smiled, “Hey, what can I do for you, boss...seeing that look in your face tells me you need something important, and from the looks of it, you are alone, which tells me, you need it now and fast… If you like we can go to my office. “ He said, as he put his hands over the other in front of him.

Tenkai, wanted to please everyone, since he was running a business, he would want it to be professional, and make sure everyone can come to him, with anything they needed help with, he wanted to keep smiles on his customers faces.

As soon as I was there, almost I was whisked away....seeing my Don Isabella, I knew something was up, maybe. I causually said what room i would be in , in case she wanted me, like Oh room 311, that would be a great room. So it would seem I am not trying to do anything, but at the same time, she would know where I was. I did not really know, but if she wanted me to know, she would know where to find me. It would let her know too that I was available to her and whatever capicity she would need, without telling everyone that at the same time.. sneaky, I know.

I followed the bellhop to my room, and figured I would unpack what little I had, and just wait to see if there was word ether in erson or via phone...so nice to have a phone in this room, although, I had not expected to ring off of the hook... I was not THAT popular. I hung up my dresses still in the dress protectors, wrapping, whatever you want to call them. I brought some slacks and nice blouses too, and of course shoes. ( so many shoes) I wanted to be prepared for anything.

"Well, it's quite simple really... you see with me and Elias_Luciano getting married but also running a crew, I just can't reasonably plan an out of town honeymoon.  So I was thinking we might have a brief stay-cation of sorts, maybe even here?  That is if you think it's possible to set things up for us?  I don't have a date just yet, I've only JUST found a wedding planner.  I feel like I complete fool stumbling around trying to plan this while running business - you know what I mean?  Please tell me you can help me plan something that resembles a honeymoon right here in Detroit?"

Tenkai listened to what she was saying, and how she seemed to want the perfect, and amazing, thinking on it a little, of what she wanted to for the cultural style, and if she wanted courting, and dining, and romance here and there, he would have to see by asking.
He noticed someone sticking a note in his pocket about Jewel getting the best hospitality, she nodded, as he stuck the note in his pocket, he would have a talk with her, after he is speaking with his boss.
 

"Yes, but I would have to ask you some questions, so I can get it perfect, and if you wouldn't mind, on my getting help from some of the Crew members, to make it even more perfect." He stated, as she finished, agreeing to what she was asking.

"So, what is your's and your fiance's favorite color?"

"What type of cultural style do you want for it...would you want a log cabin, or a stone house?"

"do you want flower, and if so what type of flowers do you want?" 

"would you wanted to be waited on hand and foot...do you want to stay in the lodge, would you want a party?" 

"Those types of questions, just let me know of the date, and I will be a host for you and your fiance." He stated, as he smiled, noticing some of the guest, being taken care of.

"By all means, the resources of the crew are at your disposal in this, what's the point of being a Don if you can't treat yourself?"  She laughed.  "Alright so... here are our wedding colors."  She handed him a paper featuring the color palette.  

"As for Elias' favorite color... let's just stick with the wedding palette.  I don't even want to discuss that man's style... if I didn't love him so much I'd have a few things to say about his drifter-chic."  She winked.

"I think I'd rather have a stone house as opposed to a log cabin.  Still rustic, but something solid about it.  As for flowers, I'm a fan of white roses and browallia."

She shook her head to the party, "No.  I don't think that's necessary.  I have a party planner working on the reception and wedding really I just want to make sure that we have a very traditional feeling Italian wedding night after all the partying is done.  I certainly would be touched if you could look into wedding night traditions of the old country to share with us."

"As for the date, we're waiting on hearing back from the church but I'm hopeful that my donation will open up a spot in their schedule for August 4th."

As Tenkai listened to what she had to say, he looked down at the palette, and smiled he knew just what they were wanting, and He looked back up at her, and as she finished, he coould already see in his head of what he wanted to give them.

"Alright, sounds like a good, plan, Thank you, I will use this...you have nothing to worry about, I just hope you will love and enjoy your stay boss." He said, as he bowed to her in respect, as he had a looked over seeing the guards standing around twiddling their thumbs he signaled them over.

"Would you escort the boss anywhere she wnats to go, give her an arguements against, I will personaly have your ass handed to you, understand?" He asked as they nodded like they were scared of him.

He nodded to them as he started to walk to towards jewel, and see if he could get some help in planning the boss's vancation.

Since the lodge was such a good expereince, I decided to pop in there again.. great service mean repeat customers. walking in with some luggage, you would think I was staying for a month, but I come prepared for anything, as you just never know what may come. I have to be ready for anything!

I rang the bell for service, as the front desk looked unmanned at the moment. Cannot expect them to stand around at the desk all day long. I only had to wait a minute, but they saw it was me and ran for Tenkai right away, per his instructions. I must be memorable. I could not tell you who was manning the desk today, but the more I stay, the more I would probably remember.

Isabella stopped by Tenkai's business.  She hadn't been by since considering the location for a make-shift-honeymoon for her and Elias.  The truth was it had simply been too painful.  She didn't want to visit a place she had hoped would be the beginning of her happiness... but with Elias back, it seemed foolish to stay away.

She approached Tenkai with a smile, "Capo."  She greeted him with a kiss on both of his cheeks.  "I'd like to put down a bit of cash to keep a room on reserve here for my guests when they visit from out of town.  There may be occasions where I want to treat some VIPs to a real, honest to goodness, proper Detroit experience.  I, of course, would require your discretion and I'd be happy to talk about how much I'd have to invest monthly to keep a room booked in perpetuity."

Tenkai had just pointed an old couple to a front row seat to the huge fire, in the front area, he looked over and saw the boss, he smiled, as he walked back, and instantly had gotten a warm welcome, he kissed her cheeks back, in respect, for her to come, was a big surprise to him, but she tended to that to him a lot.

"Yes, that I can do, it is good to see you." he said, chuckling, he took the money, as he pulled her gently over to the front counter, he then wrote in the books.

As he wrote in the books, he reserved one of the rooms, for her, putting her at the top of his list, he looked up and smiled. "All done, is there anything else you would like, we will be doing,  fire show tonight, Myself, and one of the employee's I train with fire, although I wouldn't reckamend you do it at home." He chuckled at little.

"Yeah I'll take the one person suite."

Eddie was exhausted. His trip over to Detroit was proving to be a tiresome one and he hadn't stopped all day. He wasn't due back on his flight back to Philly until tomorrow night though, so he figured he would be needing a place to stay for the night so he wasn't spending all night and the following day in some diner or bar somewhere.

"Thanks."

Tenkai still standing at thethe front,  just hanging up the phone,  one of the maids up to a guests room , giving that guest what they wanted, he sighed feeling exhausted, he really had to laugh at himself , Vela would joke all the time about how he is robot, although , he wouldn't say robot , but just a really hard worker .

Seeing someone come in , he stood straight , shaking his head out a daze, " Hello , welcome to the tower lodge, I'm Tenkai thethe owner, what can I do for you , good sir? " He said giving a warm welcome to a new face. 

"Yeah I'll take the one person suite." The male said , as Tenkai pulled a key , and had the man signing his signature .

"Enjoy your stay sir ." Tenaki said , as he signed it himself. 

"Thanks ." was all the male said as he went to his room .

Isabella decided it was time to check out operations run by her family members and so she was making the rounds with her new bodyguards Raeni & Linval.  Dressed smartly in a summertime pink dress Isabella she greeted Tenkai with a kiss on each cheek.

"How have things been going in this operation, Tenkai?  Are you clearing a profit?  Have people been coming in often?  Do you have any concerns about the future of this endeavor?  I really want to get a feel for how you think things are going and what I and the Tower can do to help you make this business a real success."

Tenkai finished the last of the bakings , as he was on his way to start the front area hearth fire , he smiled seeing the Don enter ,as he started to put in his logs of wood there , putting them in a small pile .

He smiled as he was greeted with a kiss on his cheek , gig ng her one back , as he listened to her questions, he knew she was on a mission just as he was , and was glad that she seemed interested. 

"Well, it's going a bit slow , I'm making some profit, but not as much as I would like to. .. .It comes and goes ... .I just wish I had something that would attract people to want to come in , I come in as often as I can , but with it being so slow , I just take it one day at a time .. ..I'm hoping people will see something fun, and relaxation, I just wish the family would come more often , and bring friends. ..." He said ,feeling a bit frustrated at the lack of business. 

He then lit the fire, as it started to crackle and he put bigger logs on , and seeing that it was going strong , he started to dust things down , moving here and there , all the while concentrating on the don, he enjoyed her company , and hoped she would come more often .

"Maybe some sort of special event?  What about bringing in some entertainment for guests to enjoy?  Advertise it by sending out personalized invitations to people.  I know that folks do tend to respond to personalized invitations quite well.  Just don't be overly aggressive.  One small note usually does the trick."

"Well I thought about doing a fall even .....like harvest even , and then a pumpkin fest , you know stuff like that , I also thought about doing a leave contest and then some art stuff... .Idk I'm just thinking ." He said , giving her a smile as he finished dusting. 

He then set out some apples and oranges ,and other fall fruits , along with some fall sweet bakes , and set them on a few trays with a pictcher of hot cocoa. 

Walking in at just the right time, I saw The Don and Tenkai talking...I heard harvest coming up and all sorts of things came to mind. Tenkai you could have pumkin carving and trick or treat for families. for a Halloween special even I mean. Now it is back to school so maybe something to do with that. Maybe including sometthing for families encourages families to stay here and bring their children. Of course couples retreat thing like maybe a couple massage? I don't know if you have that. Sorry i just said all of that, hope you do not mind, you do not have to use my ideas, I do not know of course what you are looking for. 

"Nah , girly you are good , it sounds pretty good ... Hey listen I was thinking jewel , if you like since you are the boss's right hand woman maybe you could help me ....And keep an eye on me for the boss. " He teased , as he gave her soft nudge .

He did think she had great ideas , kept his mind working , which wasn't a bad idea in a huge business like this one .

"Maybe if we work together, maybe we could talk to our gang leaders and see if we can work together and make s little fun out of it. " He said,  as he looked over at the Don
