Sun has already went down. streets began to paint their selves with colorful lights from shops and casinos all around , underground groups started to come up, tavern and casinos got crowded and cinemas got filled with eager people.

but all the sounds and voices got filtered by the windows that just got closed. and then... a footstep ... walking cross the room, stands by the door, covering what is happening inside. the building is going to have a new owner.

Luca grabbed the bottle, and poured two glasses... the liquid's music tingled in the empty room...
"you must forgive me Mr.Changretta, as you know, i have a flight for 11:00"
"thanks for seeing me Mr.Furd... this hour..." Luca replied.
"its alright. so...this property... did my assistant give you the documents?" Furd said, then drank his glass.
Luca nodded to his companion to bring him his safe. he walked cross the floor and his footsteps echoed in the empty room. luca poured a glass for him and handed him the drink as he arrived.  "and, the documents..."  he took his safe, opened it and searched for the papers. then he placed them on the table.
"yea, i have the documents...all ready to become a suitable Cinema..."
"sure, it wont be disappointing... the building itself, has the potentials. i hope it can do the work, specially these days...haha, people love movies" Furd answered, then he finished his drink and said: "shall we?"
"of course Mr.furd" Luca answered. then they began the trade, and the building named after Changretta on its documents.
it still has lots of work in order to be prepared to play the role of "theCinema".

time passed, and after they finished the drink, Furd stood up and shook hands with Luca, "pleasure doing business with you Mr.Changretta. im afraid, i might be late."

"sure, Mr.Furd"... Luca shook his hands,  " and thank you..."

Furd, packed his belongings fast, and headed for the Exit door.
