For all of us in Europe the starting-time is bad, many of us it starts 02:00 which is way to late for many, why not starts it about23:00 or 00:00 CET ? More ppl would then participate for sure

Maybe this is something that can be handled by players themselves.  I have been considering running a weekly poker tournament.  If I did this on Saturdays around 23:00 do you think that would be well attended?

Yeah a couple of us have been talking about it this week.  I think we are going to do it on Sunday.  Unfortunately I can't do a week day as a Euro friendly game would be right in the middle of my work day.  I am going to try and do something small tomorrow, but it won't be a full fledged tournament.

I think a serious weekly tournament on Sundays starting USA afternoon and UK evening would be great.
