| A new leader for Los Angeles | Started by: Moretay on Jan 21, '08 19:04 |

Moretay walks out onto the streets, a look of both pride and sadness etched upon his face Hello everyone as you know I don't waste time in getting to the point so here you are. As you all know Los Angeles has ben empty for a long time. now today it finally has a new name to add to the list of people that have called LA home in the past. A while ago I lost a great man to an unfortunate accident, at the time I was both shocked and upset, then I see this kid coming up to me, the son of the deceased, letting me know he wants to help carry on with what his father started. Well I was dubious, having lost such a trusted and respected friend and family member I didnt hold out much hope for him, his heart was in the right place but surely he couldnt live up to the reputation that preceeded him. I am happy to say I was wrong the kid proved to be, not only as good as his father but better, helping me make New Orleans what it is now. Doing anything and everything required and so much more, making some not only hard decisions but the correct ones, and each and every time filling me with more confidence that if this day ever arrrived. I would have no worries about him stepping up and moving on, even though its not going to be the same without him around the place. As much as I hate to see him leave it is his chance to step out and make his own way in this world, I noticed the same traits in both him and his father. Leadership qualities that only certain people have, things you notice and know they will do well. So it is with great pleasure I introduce you to the newest leader of LA NicholasJr. congratulations my friend. I know you will do a great job. |

Oliver shakes Nicholas' hand and gives the man a large grin. Congratulations Nicholas Jr.! You are a man of honor and integrity, and you most definitely deserve this highest of honors! I have been fortunate to have worked with (and even have warred with) many men from your bloodline before you, and I am sure they are all smiling down on you today as proud as can be! After what seems a life time I am glad that your family lineage is getting the chance they so rightly have earned. Best wishes to you and your new family in Los Angeles. I'm sure we will be seeing some new and exciting things from you out of that city shortly! |
