Cathy Parks hurries into the Streets. Heavy rain is pouring down and several men follow her, carrying an umbrella over her head. I don't have a lot of time currently so I will make this as clear and concise as possible. As many of you will have seen or heard, Signore Molotov McHugh was slain earlier today, leaving many new and frightened people, vulnerable and unprotected. As men and women of La Cosa Nostra, it is our duty to try and keep our actions honourable. To try and rise above the the ordinary crimes that take place every day. There is a coda, a set of rules by which we all try to follow which is what makes this thing of ours head and shoulders above common criminals. Doing otherwise is unacceptable. So bearing this in mind, here is how it's going to go down: Anyone, and I mean anyone, who shoots at a young mobster who arrived on one of the hordes of boats that landed at our city docks on the 18th and afterwards will be killed. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TOUCHED! The usual rules will not apply here. If you see a Gangster who resides in New York, and is unsponsored, who arrived on our shores on Jan. 18th or later, I don't care if they are carrying a family tag or not. If you harm them, you will be killed in turn. That means: Start Date: 18th January - Unacceptable Start Date: 19th January - Unacceptable Start Date: 20th January - Unacceptable Start Date: 21th January - Unacceptable Start Date: 22th January - Unacceptable Do not press your luck. Those who harm the innocent immigrants will not be treated kindly or given leniency. Oh, and before the shouts of "how will you do this Cathy?", "there are already many dead Cathy!" I will say this as clearly as I can so that you all understand: Those that are CAUGHT will be punished. I cannot enforce something when I don't know who the perpetrators are. But if I catch you, if I have the proof, you will be ended. I don't believe I can make myself much clearer on this matter. |

She didn't stutter, Teruzzo. Not wearing a tag is not the same as disrespect. It's a fashion statement, if anything. This isn't a debate, anyhow. It's a direct order from a Boss. |

Weasel, Tags are not only for fashion, they offer you protection in these situations, If protection is offered to the homeless. How are we to define a rouge from a homeless if the homeless who means no harm doesnt show that they are not a rouge? |

And if you would view the obits, you would see that only three new immigrants have been killed. (Those born on the 18th or afterwards). Fuck sakes, people. This is a noble effort by Ms. Parks. Let's not turn it into a whine-fest or a bickering match. |

Disrespect is questioning an agreed ruling by the Leaders Teruzzo. I suggest you run along now before I show you how I punish those who are disrespectful. And Dexter, I contact my own people shortly before I came to the Streets and then made an official statement regarding the matter. I cannot enforce something that wasn't public until but a few minutes ago. I would however be happy to take any blame pointed at me for the delay in speaking. I did not realise that I would be the one to make the announcement until I received some telephone calls from the other leaders regarding the matter and made my way out as soon as possible. |

Well, do you need permisson to shoot at the Slumbering mafioso who never crime? (IA's) You have permisson because its in the rules, most rules, I dont know about your own, allow you to shoot at Rouges, unless told not to. If they dont have a Tag I consider them rouge. Simple. |

So when there is a rogue about, your family rules state that anyone is allowed to shoot at it? Wow. Maybe that's why they have been living for 48 hours recently. Usually those kills get assigned to a capable member of the hitsquad. Anyhow, let's not overcomplicate this. It's really quite simple. If they are IA, they would be born before the 18th, right? Therefore, they do not apply. You KNOW who you can shoot and who you can't. Don't be stupid, don't try to make up some excuse or look for a loophole in this order. |

I am shocked at the abuse the rouge, crimson, lets get down to basics RED is getting. I could understand it if rouge was a rogue colour but its not. Its a nice colour easy to get along with. |

Jordan, this one can't be helped. He has his ideas and no amount of fact or common sense will change them. Eh_Eh, back up what you say with some fact, or shut the fuck up. "All" of the untagged are dead? You give me a fucking headache, seriously. I could never be a grade school teacher. I still see only three in the obits who fall under Cathy's description of prohibited shots, and all were made before the speech. Even if there were more, so what? The making of a speech is not a magical spell which can prevent bullets from flying. All it can do is warn these fucking morons that there will be consequences for their actions. |

| Eh_Eh, Ms. Parks made a statement. In that statement she made it perfectly clear what her expectations are and the consequences of defying those expectations. If you have a different opinion, perhaps there is a better way to address it. Your speech here is borderline offensive/disrespectful. The fact that it is public only exacerbates matters.
