Because of fraud against MR, we are no longer assisting with user disputes over credits, with the exception of them coming from investors from the actual game investments. When you purchase credits from an outside source or trade in credits, please do all due diligence to ensure that you are entering into an agreement that you fully understand and have a backup plan to pursue them legally outside of the game if things fall through, for we will be unable to assist you in most cases.  In some cases, where the user can present an overwhelming case where in real life fraud/theft has been committed, and can document that the authorities have been contacted but have failed recover them, we may be able to assist.
