It was another day and Flexx made his way downstairs from one of his homes. His guard Taga was out front waiting. As Flexx exits the building he tips his fedora at the door man.

“Check ya later brother”

He walks towards the vehicle and hops in. Taga pulls off to their destination. Flexx pulls out a blunt and lights it. He takes a long drag and passes it to Taga.

“I hope this spot is ready to go. We got this crew growing and we need to open up shop. Did you hear from the guy?”

Flexx says as he sits back and runs a few business ventures through his head waiting for a response.

“Yup, everything should be good to go. You got that key right?”

Taga says as he takes a drag of the blunt and passes it back to Flexx. The new estates was located on 12th street. It was primed and ready to go. After a short trip across town they arrive. Taga pulls up around back after driving past the front. Flexx could see the two story building estates, and the opportunity within. They park in the back and finish the blunt before entering the establishment. They walk up the back steps and open the door. As they enter the back was a small storage area, connected to a small break room. Directly next to it was a kitchen that could operate for a large party or a full night of guest. Just outside the kitchen was a short bar, and a small lounge area. Directly across from the bar was the length of the building with a few open stalls of locations for a small shop or establishment within the estates. For now those spots will be used for meetings or to rent out to family. Upstairs there were offices and one or two suites that were connected to the bigger offices, Of course Flexx had one already picked out. He made his way upstairs to his office and entered. Taga was behind him as they walked in. He wanted to check it out as well. It was big and it was comfortable. Flexx walked over to the desk and took a seat.

“I like it. You should go a grab one down the hall. Let’s go ahead and get situated so we can start up operations.”

Flexx said to Taga as he sat back in his chair and pulled out a blunt. He began to get himself lined up in his new location that would hopefully bring great success from the hustle.
