Another day of doing the bare minimum at wor-

..Wait..

What?

No. Of course not. Ahem. Luna was just seated comfortably in her chair - maybe a bit too comfortable though, as the thought of being a business tourist came into her mind. Imagine being able to travel the world, scouting out different business districts, and getting an insight of the progress that is being made in this thing of ours. She wasn't necessarily going to 'criticize' in a negative way, but the focus of her business trips would be more about promoting the different locations she comes across. It would not only help the business' respective owner, but also allow for Luna to engage in a fresh and exciting way. Luna was a very quiet girl, so this would be a major step for her.

She would keep a handy journal with her, a pen (because how is she going to put down her thoughts?), her glasses, and most of all... an open mind. Everyone seemed to have different techniques with going about the set up of a business, and she also wanted to see how customer service was like.

It could be used for future reference. Maybe, she'd open her own business as well - but she had no intention of doing that yet. There was only so much an airhead could do in her spare time, and one of them was not being a business woman!

It wasn't really a secret. Luna's stupidity in certain situations added just the right amount of spice - and everyone knew it. Luna was an important asset - important as in, you could count on her to make you feel intelligent and witty than ever before. Both of those things she could never be.

As Luna spun around excitedly in her black, office chair, she decided to meet up with @LuciousLyon tomorrow when he's free - maybe get approval on some of her ideas. She was about to embark on an interesting journey, one that would hopefully give her back her missing brain cells? Who knows, she could be spotted by an important business head one day and be taken in as a consultant - but she wasn't holding onto any hope.

For now, she was just going to focus on getting encouragement from the family.

The next day had been extremely busy - people were in and out of the headquarters - and there was massive shipments of equipment being taken in to help with the fortifications. The reinforced front door seemed to kick off the progress, and from there, Luna was amazed to see gates, more doors, windows, and walls. Everything was finally coming together.

She was back in her own office again, spinning mindlessly on her chair again until she felt herself get dizzy. Luna was juggling her own thoughts. How should she present this thing she was going to plan?

Apart from the growing desire to travel to different cities and witness the development of multiple business districts, Luna had one other very important thing on her mind. Lyon would be getting back soon. He had left early in the morning, and said something about a meeting, but she didn't quite catch on as she was too busy distracted preparing herself a fresh, cold glass of orange juice at the HQ's bar.

The high-end liquor wouldn't do her any good, and she swore to herself that she wouldn't go near the alcohol again, no matter how tempting it was. Although, she wondered if anyone had been putting a shot of vodka in her sippy cups lately. It would be unfortunate to find out that that had been going on for quite some time, but she never suspected it until later (another story for another time).

Just as she was getting up from her seat to take a quick bathroom break, the front doors of the HQ opened and her gaze didn't seem to catch his attention. Luna went up to him with a solemn look on her face, hands behind her back, and level of confidence at a high. She had been warned once by Lyon to not get into one of her silly antics again, memories of her first day ever in Seattle and his displeased tone towards her coming back, but hopefully this time she'd be able to land herself in some luck.

"...You're back! Well, pointing out the obvious - I know. Anyways, I have this idea in my head that's been picking at my best interests for some time now. What do y-", Luna took her hands out from behind her back and clasped them together in front of her in a shy manner, "...What do you think about me going out of town for a few days to a city of my choice, or one that has been scheduled in my planner, to take a look at the different businesses in the area? Maybe report back with my experience, thoughts and reviews? I know that this idea is probably like a stretch for an airhead like me, but think about it- I'm not only exposing the family to gaining new connections but helping to promote the business I'm visiting as well. I should probably put more careful planning into it tonight, but just wanted to get this idea out..."

The deed had been done. Hopefully the sound of her whiny, excited and overwhelmingly-bubbly voice wasn't too harsh on his ears.
