In anticipation of the cross city boxing tournament we are planning, and in response to the interest and launch Purgatory Gym has had, I would like to announce the intention to launch two further gyms. 

The reasoning behind the need for these venues has been identified as quite simply, location, location, location. Throughout the planned tournament, we will be holding numerous fights, one after the other, so it makes more sense to allow the opportunity for a fighter to be closer to home than all the way over in Philadelphia. 

However, I need to decide on which cities to launch them in. Bringing these fights to the different cities will have advantages of:

• Attract visitors to the city and offer a boost to the population and economy
• We would also encourage the hosting city to advertise their own odds on the fight outcomes and actively promote is as part of the fight
• Our support on building a gambling operation will also be on offer, based on the experience and lessons learned from test fights
• Home crowd for support during fights with your own athlete

The venues which need a location are as below.

ARCADIA

Location: West Coast

Arcadia represents all that is good and heavenly in the world. The west coast presents some compelling options for the location. The City of Angels being an option due to the association made by name. Las Vegas, the home of gambling, is also an obvious contender. While Seattle is out in the sticks and difficult to get to, it is active and well populated, offering good crowds.

LIMBO

Location: Central

Stuck in the middle isn't necessarily a bad thing. Limbo will offer up the best of both worlds and represents the yin and yang of the gym trio. Detroit and The Luciano family have been instrumental in the set up of Purgatory, though might already benefit from the one gym in Philadelphia for that reason. Chicago meanwhile has offered great support and interest in the boxing world, a gym in that location is expected to be well received and utilized.

So to my point, I would like to open communication from these five cities to help advise on the decision of where these two gyms should be located. The purpose of this exercise is to gauge interest in the future events and help us decide which city would benefit most from a hosting location.

Your interest and responses are ultimately what fuels our desire to bring you these events, if we can give something back by 'bringing the fight to you', then we will do.

Consideration points for why your city will be best placed should be made in a Back Alley location and sent by a crew leader for that city. Any number of members can be included in the process by appearing in that location. 

If there is no interest, I'll probably just flip a coin.
