xbox are rwalising the new "kinect" soon

I know its available in the US on the 4th, and in the UK on the 10th, but is anyone going to buy it?

Is it better than the wii, or will the novelty just wear off too quickly to be worth the money?

Im not exactly sure on prices yet, i can imagine it will be around the $200 / £150 price.

I doubt I will get it due to the fact Im a little too old for this type of gameplay. And the fact I dont have 6+ feet of playing space which is required.

yes it does requite the space to play, does anyone know if they are briinging out the "fun group games" like on the wii, like bowling, tennis, golf etc, because i think that will be fun for everyone

I didnt like wii, so ill decline on this too

i play the wii only for the kids, would rather retro game of old roms

it will definatly bring a wider age rang of players to the xbox, because if you cant use a controller, its not a disadvantage, just use your arms / legs!

The-Situation don't play Xbox, you know what you need to do, is dedicate all that time to the gym. See the gym keeps you lookin fresh. Start with the gym then we can get into tannin and Laundry later

I don't even know what one of these is. So I'm going to assume they're crap.

We've got an Xbox with Kinect since yesterday. From what I have seen so far it's fun. It's kinda like the Wii, we've got one of those too, but this one sees your body and the Wii doesn't. It only recognizes you when you're on the board.

Oh and something else, you really need space in your livingroom in front of your tv. You have to be 1,8 to 3 metres away from the screen and then need some spaces around you. 

Forget Kinect, I'm content right now with Black Ops.

I've got Dance Central for the Kinect, very nice one! no need for a gymcard anymore :D
