As far as strategy, Batman has spidey beat. But Spiderman has his own strengths too, So i don't really know.

They both have stealth abilities, they are both strong BUT spider man is STRONGER because he is more fiction-like and he has been bit by a spider, rememver? Batman is just well traiend and he knows lots of tricks and has well made technology. Spiderman can beat him in strength and he can get to places faster with his powers.

Conclusion: Batman gets butt-raped by Spiderman.

Batman uses his own skill and technology and it may be real person one day but we will never see man who can trow spiders net

For one I am rich,powerful,attractive to the females and a leader. I have beat many super heros and villans including the ever so fairy superman in his little tights.

Somthing to think about:If batman(me) can beat Superman realizing his weaknesses and using tactical force to take him down, Why would spiderman be a threat? Hell why would hulk or Wolverine be scarry?

Possessing no superpowers, Batman has made his career relying on his keen intellect and scientific know-how. He’s got an assortment of weaponry for any occasion including razor sharp Batarangs, grenades, a two-way radio and pretty much anything else he could possibly need for any given situation. Beyond that, Batman has a contingency plan should any member of the Justice League go rogue or have their mind taken over by a villain. The guy knows how to subdue Wonder Woman, stop the Flash in his tracks and put a yellow streak down Green Lantern’s back. Hell, he could even take out Superman.
