Ninth Street, South Philadelphia.

The move had been difficult, not logistically, but emotionally. The operation was tied to the pier, and though it would still operate, a new HQ would take time to get as comforting a feel for. Jack now stood with GavinAndTaraByrne, William_Bowden and Adonis outside the new building. Nothing with as much character as the East Cat, it was a more mature, professional location.

"I'm thinking of calling it 'South Paw'"

He grinned stupidly at the clever links the name had to his previous business, the new location and the boxing events which were taking place. The group of five looked up and down the street, accepting it was time to grow, adapt, develop. No longer was the sound of clanging ship bells piercing the air as the vessels drifted over the Delaware, neither did the gulls cry or the workforce hollar. It was just the city that roared around them, now.

Mezzo turned back to watch as the signage was lifted over the new HQ. It was bold, stark and clear.

The Race St. Company

Things certainly were changing.

"Pack your bags kid, we're moving to South Philly"

It was a natural and logical step considering the recent past happenings, so when I was given the command it didn't came as a surprise. After all you don't spend money and soldiers in a war for nothing.

The Race Street  was growing larger in influence - it was undeniable.

One just had to look around and see the kind of  heavyweights - in all aspects - that formed this clique, and the proportion of their operations.

Changes always bring a certain level of uncertainty, but that fact is easily falsified when you're dealing with people of this fiber, of this business ethic.

I was very curious to see what the future had reserved to us, and looking back, in some way, I felt lucky to start my carrer among these men and women.

For now?

I promised myself that I'd listen, observed and then that I'd give solid steps into showing what I was made of, and that I'd make sure I did what it takes to deserve a place alongside that inner circle of five people.

After all, that's how legends are made.
