Everyone wants to know when they get promoted, i know it's my time amd i do alot off things for my family is one off the most heart things....... And i know sometimes bosses ask there RHM for advice when the button flashes for a person, but let's make a simple. Isn't every family blessed with all people in high places so they can make more money for the family..... is it ot isn't it? give me your meaning about the whole thing then............. |

| Bosses give promotions to those who deserve it and can be trusted to represent the family, in the correct manner, with their every action. If promotion isn't forthcoming, speak to your Boss and see what it is that they feel needs to be worked on, so that you can demonstrate that you're ready. | |

Jano, am I understanding this right. Before I jump to any conclusions I would like to ask you for clarification. Have you come out to these streets with the belief that you should be promoted and you have not? Or are you here for a real and true debate? Depending on your purpose for this speech is the response I give. |

i am here for a true debate, sure i necked about my promotions in the past, but i don't work. i started thinking, and i can't find any reason why the Boss won't promote you when the time is there, he would be a thief off his own and family pocket. |

Its true the higher the rank you are the more money the family makes...but lets not get any dilutions of grandeur one more wise guy or whatever it maybe doesn't contribute a hole lot of money for the families. when you consider that with every rank you become stronger and as you rise through the ranks the more accountable the family in questions becomes for you actions? one mistake reflects extremely badly on that family who allowed the rank. So rank someone for a small percentage of money and risk loosing your everything as that person you ranked went and did some dumb shit? *Ultimate steps back into the bushes* |

Sienna steps forward and purses her full lips into a tight line. She smiles sweetly, which was usually pretty frightening... In the case of the family I belong to, I know for a fact that when a button is in, my CL pushes it. The only times he would not are usually when that crew member has not shown they deserve the promotion by their actions or lack there of. I know that almost every Crew Leader makes a big deal about the MadeMan promotion which takes time and preparation. So personally, in my crew, I don't have that problem. |
