Hello my fellow mafioso, my name is......well that doesn't quite matter. But I'm here to tell you all of a competition. What is it you ask? Well it's simple. I am in need of a suit and I know there are some talented men and women out their. This is not a competition where I will tell you exactly every little detail that you need to win. This is a competition of creativity and  great workmanship. All that I ask of you is that you put the name NoNameC on it. My Family's name is optional. If you think it will make the suit look even better then go right on ahead and put it on there. Now of course there will be a limit on how many suits you wish to enter. The maximum you may enter is 3. But if you believe that one of your suits is not as good as another idea you think of after your first 3 entrees then you may substitute one in for an old entree. 

Now I just hope that a lot of people will enter suits and participate. Yes I know that some of you may wonder what kind of picture I would like for my suit. Well that is all part of the competition. You will have to come up with your own ideas. I will of course judge the suits as I am to wear it. But of course I know that none of you will come out here and read this and make a suit without some incentive. That is why I offer up the prize of $500,000 to the winner of this competition. I will also be picking a second and third place winners. The man who comes in second will receive $100,000 and the man in third will receive $50,000. So there is a chance to win some sum of money as long as you enter a suit. But I will not be picking a winner unless there are enough entrees for me to feel like it is a success of a contest. I encourage everyone who wishes to have a chance at this money to enter a suit. Now I must go, I wish any and all who enter good luck.

I love your competition but I am a little sad to hear you won't pick a winner unless a certain amount of entries are submitted. Meaning ones suit can be epicly awesome but due to other people being uninterested in your competition he still might loose. ;(

There are a couple fine tailors in my family I will definitely direct them to this competition in the hopes that we can see some truly amazing suits.  Although I must admit even though we will probably see some pretty nice suits, none of them will be able to come close to the flashiness of mine.

Well seeing as we are at least off to a good start I doubt that this will be the case. But if not enough people entered and somebodies suit was very awesome as you say then I would probably just go and make a proposition to said suit maker because the competition didn't work out so well and I would still be in need of a suit.

NoNameC then turns to the mobsters that had already entered a suit for the competition.

After a long day of bin dipping, BoomBoomBettys cab screeches to a halt in front of NoNameC and she couldn't wait to show him what she had taylored. Dragging her case out of the trunk...yeah, the lazy S.O.B. driver couldn't be bothered getting out of the car.

"Tip my ass..." she mutters as she straightens out her burlap dress. She smiles, unaware of the ruby red lipstick streaking her teeth and holds out her hand to the speaker.

Top of the mornin' to ya! My name is Betty, BoomBoomBetty but you can call me Bets. I hear you've been looking for a new suit and I've got just what you're lookin' for! as she opens the case and reveals her creations...

Now take a look, take your time and so you know, they come in any color you fancy! She moves to the side and lets him have a gander.

Well I've been thinking about it and I will judge all the final entrees by everyone on the 11th.
