Loretta was staring out of the window of her bedroom and looked at the building at the other side of the street. It has been there forever but lately Loretta saw construction builders going in and outside the building. When she asked Dolores about this, Dolores only smiled and walked away. If Dolores acts like this, it means she won’ t talk about it. With a sigh Loretta turned around and walked to the mirror to make sure her hair is in perfect order. She was going out with Dolores, something they always did on Friday after a long working week.

First they were going to the hairdresser and beauty salon to make sure they were looking great. While they were enjoying the treatment, they discussed the finished jobs they did that week. It had been a busy day where they had to deal with a few rogues and also the Tyler Durden gang visited them a few times.

All of a sudden the door opened and one of Joseph_Ligambi’s bodyguards entered the beauty salon. Obviously he did not feel really at ease there. He whispered something in Dolores ear and made his way out of the salon quite fast.

“What was that about?” Loretta asked.

“I don’t know yet” Dolores answered. “He just whispered something like Bella Società Riformata but no idea yet what this means”.

“Bella Società Riformata? But Dolores, that is the name my family used in the past.  Maybe you don’t know but my great grandmother was leader of the Camorra family. They used the name Bella Società Riformata for their family house. But why is this name showing up now?”

Dolores smiled and waved to the nailstylist to do her nails. While the stylist was working on both Loretta and Dolores nails, there was some movement outside the salon. Loretta saw her bodyguards pretty busy but she could not see what they were doing. Dolores bodyguards were not moving at all, so Loretta thought that there was nothing wrong outside. Maybe her bodyguards were just bored because they had to wait for Loretta and Dolores to finish their visit to the salon.

With much pleasure Loretta looked at herself in the mirror and saw the treatment of the salon personnel made her and Dolores look pretty.

“Well Loretta”, Dolores said, “I guess this will be your last visit to this salon for a long time to come. Since I am taking the role of Godfather in Summerlin, you will have to start your own family here to house a part of the members we have and to recruit new family members for our wonderful district in Las Vegas”.

Before Loretta was able to give an answer to Dolores, her bodyguards opened the door and shouted:

“Long live Loretta, long live Camorra”

The bodyguards escorted Loretta outside and there she saw Violetera in front of the new renovated building. The name Bella Societa Riformata was placed above the door and in the flag pole the Camorra flag was waving.

Loretta turned around to Dolores and said: “Thank you for doing this for me. I will work hard to make you and my ancestors proud”.

Rosaleen made her way over the the new Camorra HQ’s where there was a big celebration going on for the new Godfather of Summerlin Dolores and Crew Leader Loretta. She could feel the excitement in the air as she arrived.

When the crowd around them cleared out a little she made her way over to congratulate them.

Congratulations, Godfather Dolores, you have shown us that ultimately, leadership is not about glorious crowning acts. It's about keeping your crew focused on a goal and motivated to do their best to achieve it, especially when the stakes are high and the consequences really matter. It is about laying the groundwork for others' success, and then standing back and letting them shine.

She then turns to Loretta.

Congratulation Loretta, I am so proud of you.  I know you can live up to the faith that has been place with you and will do a good job. I wish the best to you and your new family Camorra as you begin this  new journey.
