"In a cab on the South Side Of Philly.."

Luis Patangeli had just landed in Philadephia and was on his way to Race Street Pier located in the south side of Philadelphia, As he looked out the back window of the yellow cab, he couldnt help but notice the streets were empty, bussinesses shut down, bullet holes in some boarded up bussiness, it almost looked like a warzone and it made him feel a bit uneasy about this new city he found himself in, but just as the trip was ending he noticed the pier up ahead in the distance, these buildings were not in the same, but full of life, the restaurants were full, people could be seen wearing fancy clothing and smoking cigars, it was as close to home as it got. As Luis stepped out of the cab and handed the driver some cash.. "Here's a hundred dollars, keep the change and dont spend it all in one place got me?", he grabbed his handbag, lit up a cigarette, and proceeded to walk down the pier to a local establishment called Dante's, he was a long away from home but he could use a bite to eat, And he was told he could find the Don, William_Bowden, here. As he approached the door, he put out what was left of his cigarette and preceded inside.
