The OC system is designed to make at least some communication necessary, not just clicks and clicks.

I'm going to safely assume this suggestion is on the table because organizing an OC can be trying at times and often resulting in lost time. Meaning it could be hours before one actually gets an OC off the ground. If we factor in time zones, work schedules, and family we want to invite who are not in the same city, I would say this suggestion is in order.

I am just curious, but what methods are you currently using to reach out to others to start an OC, and likewise, how are others reaching out to you? How many times a day is your group reaching out for their OCs? 5 times? 10 times? 25 times a day? There is a huge difference between being in a family/city who has taken the time to organize this versus those that don't bother. With every feature written to help the bottom means we are penalizing and removing the incentive to work with or improve your family. I'm not sure thats the right direction to go in :/ I would be more inclined to change how the feature works if the problem is with the feature, as opposed to the lack of organizing... an organized crime. |

On a RP stance the money earned on an OC should stay within the family compounds. Would you consider changing the feature that allows family members to accept an invite to an OC if they are not in the same city? |

I think for someone to be able to reach all the way to a different city would be a stretch... |

I have to agree with Squishy here. How can you perform a crime with someone that is not in the same city as you are? This game is based in a period before reliable transcontinental transportation, internet, cell phones, and the technology it would require. It would be more than a bit of a stretch, it would be logistically impossible and would not make sense in the role play department. There are ways you can better organize your OCs such as making use of the Lounge/IRC channels for your city/district/crew. You can organize WhatsApp groups (It's the fad of the moment to do this.) dedicated to organizing OCs with other members of your city that are a part of these groups. Several people will have their OC availability turned off to prevent being visible in their home city, why not make use of the L (Local) chat to see if you can round a few of these people up? This feature was intended to create more reason for communication and organization with members of the same family. Why should it be coded to make it not only unrealistic but ridiculous in some of the expectations being stated here? NinaBergamaschi how do you propose that your way makes any more sense in a role play point of view given the time period of the game? Sure, it would make it easier, but with a bit of effort on the person holding the OC it's not hard to get one together even if it is the lower crimes we can commit. I rarely have an issue organizing mine and there are times I have multiple invites come in at once. |

Thanks for calling me out ConstanceBonacieux. Time period has nothing to do with the above suggestion. OC's are not that easy to put together for everyone. As for my answer, the imagination is a wonderful quality. I will either RP one of my imaginary scenarios or pay someone to RP their imagination on how it is not so unrealistic... |

Your gang earned a total of $550,002 split 7 ways. It's not hard if you reach out and tell people you're doing an OC and show a bit of patience. |
