Vinnie grumbles and rolls out of bed. its 5:30 it's time to wake up and make some money. But first he hops in the shower and gets dressed and heads down stairs. He sits sits down at the kitchen table where breakfast has already been made. He picks up his morning coffee and starts to skim through the morning paper until an article catches his eye.

A crime wave has sent shock waves through the city of New York. A new face has landed in our fair city with fourty nine of his comrades. They appeared over night and started killing body guards and bombing HQ's. His name, Mr. Stanford. Not much is known about this stranger. What is known is he's been spotted roaming around mumbling incoherently about NY families becoming too greedy and hes here to sort out some form of punishment. In a strange twist a large number of his compatriots have been found dead with their mouths and rectal cavities stuffed with 20 dollar bills. A message perhaps from the other NY families. 

Vinnie closes the news paper, takes the final swig of his coffee and heads out the door...

Mangler continues to glance over the morning paper whilst sipping from his coffee at the little cafe on 145th street, he quickly looks left and right clearly not comfortable in the unfamiliar surroundings. A quick blast from the horn of a passing truck has his right hand moving to his inner holster in a flash. Sighing he returns to his seat to glance over the headline regarding a new crime wave working it's way through New York. Biting his lower lip Mangler looks across the road, narrowing his eyes on a group of about five or so clearly mobbed up guys making their way towards the park. Opening his coat he checks that the safety is off his weapon before glancing in the direction of the crew. Smiling he leaves the paper on the table and moves to go and make a name for himself.  

'Hope they send the message to Standford.'  He says crossing the road whilst pulling his weapon from his inner holster.

on his way to work he see's mangler unholster his weapon while walking towards a group of stanfords men. he thinks to himself, "this vermin will be gone soon enough.
