I love my family - at least my crime family - real family not so much.First dad? I was told was loving, l don't know. He died when i was 3. Second dad I knew well - even before I killed him. Lived with him 'till I was 16. He had a tragic accident - a car ran over him while he was drunk. It seemed like it was a push to everyone, but the detectives never found out. I will give you a hint on who pushed him - it was me. "Why?", you might ask. I worked in factories to get some cash for myself, but the price for me to live with my mom - the tax - kept on going up. I could not keep up with it, and I left. But him? He couldn't make rent. So, he did a stupid thing. "What is this thing you are talking about jackie?" you might ask again. Well he borrowed from - you guessed it - the mob. At this time I joined a boxing crew. I did not trust them, but I was tired of the factories. I worked in backstreet fights, gaining a living beating the absolute shit out of my foes until I paid for a nice retirement. But after a while I needed to pay taxes. And I found out I didn't have the cash to pay anymore, so I went to work for the mob as a bodyguard. After a while of that wonderful life I retire again. But this time, I didn't sit on my ass all day. I work. I train bodyguards, breaking them down and building them up - little piece by little piece - until they could throw a punch, shoot a gun (I was surprised on how many were just absolute shit shots) and train them to take a bullet for their employer. A few months later, my step dad could not make his payments. I was assigned to get him to make the payments, by paper or by blood. I brought him to a mob bar and I could tell he did not have a paper payment plan. So i got him a drugged drink. You know, one beer is not too much to a heavy dude like he was, so he downed the drink. And a few non-drugged ones. And then, we went for a walk to discuss payment plans. It was a nice foggy evening here in Seattle. I sew a car headlight coming, and you know the rest of the story. |
