All of us come from different backgrounds, and thus, have different versions of what is acceptable.  It's fine to toss around some humor every now and then, but its the kind of thing where you need to know your audience so that you do not cross anyones personal boundries as far as what they are comfortable with.  I can tell a raunchy genital joke with some friends, but I wouldnt even dare break out the "bitch" word in front of others.  I guess it all comes down to knowing the comfort zones of those around you, and having the personal restraint to respect the personal limits of those within ear shot.
