*Zeitgeist was wearing a new suit, it was ridiculously shiny as if it had been made from remnants of disco balls, he looked like a crisp, freshly printed $100 bill and he stood as proud as can be in front of his new office building, it was just down the road from space-pole headquarters in Manhattan. The offices had just been built and there was still a significant amount of opportunity to expand, he had been sent out into the streets of New York to grow business and bring new blood into this thing of ours and he couldn't be more excited. Zeitgeist looked across the street where Ronin had been given a similar opportunity, in an equally sized office... Zeitgeist knew there would be a fight for the best recruits, Ronin was part of a lineage that was no stranger to running a family and had plenty of lines who would be lining up to assist him, he was relishing the challenge. Zeitgeist looked around at the crowd gathering and stepped forward to speak*

Ladies and Gentleman, thank you so much for joining me today for this really special moment in my journey in this thing of ours. I've had the privilege of working alongside some of the most respected Mafioso in the seven cities.

*Zeitgeist paused for a moment looking over the crows at some of the remarkable members of this thing of ours who he had helped him grow to where he was today, most notably space-pole , Jemaine_Clement, Madeline , Odin , HandsomeRob, SuperHans and even his current race rival Ronin*

Today I have the pleasure of being able to contribute; on a more significant scale to the burgeoning city of New York, today I have the privilege of working alongside people I respected and once again swearing my fielty to the city of New York. Ladies and Gentleman, please join me in celebrating the re-opening of the Old School Elite, an organization my grandfather ran in a different party of the city a few years ago. Ronin and I will be opening our smaller HQ's today to work towards bringing in new blood to New York, training them up, and most importantly growing this thing of ours in The Big Apple. 

At the same time that all of this is going on we are simultaneously going to be racing each other to see who can most quickly and efficiently bring in 10 family members, to this thing of ours and the winner of this challenge will be rewarded with a fully sponsored thirty man headquarters sponsored by the Scouse-father himself.

*Zeitgeist pauses for a moment staring over at Ronin before he skips away down the road eager to get business off the ground as fast as possible*

Theres no way I could even pretend to give as many fucks are my main man Grady here but still.... on we go.

Congratulations my friend. When we first came here we both agreed we did not want to have a family of our own. And yet here we are, leading side by side as our forefathers did. Funny how things always seem to lead to the same place.

Good luck to you and yours, although you certainly don't need it. Good leaders stand out like a sore thumb anymore, and I know you'll be amazing.

Whilst overhearing Zeitgeist's announcement from the crowds, Odin stepped forward to congratulate him on his new business venture. 

"Congratulations my friend, I can think of nobody better and more deserving of such an opportunity than yourself. Over recent weeks you have become a huge asset to New York and our way of life, I am truly excited and thoroughly looking forward to working alongside you here in the Big Apple. Should you ever need anything, my door is always open."

Odin shook hands with Zeitgeist before disappearing back into the crowds.
