Quoth wanders out into the streets, seemingly unchanged by his sudden rise in power. There is no flash car, no army of bodyguards, just the man in his usual morning suit.

My fellow Mafioso, I figured it was about time I made a street appearance and introduced myself to those of you who have thus far failed to have the pleasure of making my acquaintance. As most of you are probably already aware, I was Authed by our newest Godfather, Captain_Stubing on the evening of the 15th November along with my good friend Ancalagon. I deliberately avoided coming to the streets before now to give them their moment to shine. Lets face it, with so much good news for New Orleans at one time, it was hard to know which speech to go to listen too. So I decided to wait before coming before you.

Firstly, I want to thank Captain Stubbing for showing faith in myself and Judge Death, especially at a time when others would have let JD get gunned down in the streets. He gave us both a chance to shine, to prove ourselves, and to make our mark on first Chicago, and now more recently New Orleans, the city of my forefathers. This city has tremendous meaning to me as it is the ancestral home of my family, as well as the ancestral home of many of my good friends. I want to also thank the rank and file of Captain Stubbings family, who welcomed me with open arms following the death of Judge Death and who supported and trained me to be the man I am today.

I wish to also thank Roman for his personal support of me and of Captain Stubing. It was his foresight and trust that gave the Captain his opertunity at Godfather and my subsequent oppertunity to help shape New Orleans into a burgeoning powerhouse. There are many other leaders out there as well whom I wish to thank, who's support, and late night advice sessions and conversations, as well as some drunken debauchery that has helped me become the man I am today. People like TheSmilingAssassin, DavyJones, Ragnarok and Whatsername. We are truely blessed with an abundance of great leaders at this time, probably more than at any time previously.

I did not mean to ramble on as much as I have, so I will draw my speech to a close. I will not make rash declarations as to what I will do to help new Orleans become great. Much like the Captain, I will not be drawn into rash promises that will make me and my assoicates look foolish should they fail or take longer than expected to come to fruition. What I will say though is that I vow to continue the great work started by Godfather Roman in helping to restore the meaning behind the ranks in this thing of ours, and I will be promoting my members based on merit and achievement rather than a desire to be the biggest and best crew. I will also punish rule breakers with a swift and merciless death, as the sons of a few of my now deceased ex-members can attest too. there will be no whoring of members either. Instead I hope that my crew will be seen as a benchmark of professionalism, chosen by those with something to prove and with a yearning for hard work, rather than than those who wish to have it all handed to them on a plate.
