Cassiopeia stands in the street, watching the people passing by, looking very busy. She places a soap box on the corner and taking her bodyguard by the hand, steps atop of it. She looks over the crowd and in an unusually loud voice, she calls attention to herself.

Ladies and gentlemen, I come to you today to discuss a proposition of sorts. As you may or may not know, I am in charge of the St. Louis business district. We have been working very hard to build up our city and I have been pondering some ways to boost the businesses. I have thought long and hard, encouraging members of my city to come up with some wonderful ideas and I have decided to implement a contest. What better way to boost business than to offer some sort of incentive. And who doesn't love money? I mean really? While standing here giving this speech, I've noticed many of you picking through the purses of harmless old ladies. So how about an honest way to earn your money...

I am issuing an invite to any and everyone that would like to open a business in our lovely city. While all business district rules will still apply, I will be cutting the licensing fee and the editing fee in half during this time. Any business would be lovely, although I would like to see a wide variety of them, not ten people all wanting to open a bar. This is the first step in the contest, opening your business. The second step is getting your friends, family, crew et cetra, to join in helping you to win this contest. The idea is to get as many people to visit your business as possible in a given time period. Now, these must be quality visits. Your boss can't pop in and say, hey nice place, see ya! There must be proper interactions. I will subtract visits that aren't deemed as quality.

Now you may be asking yourself, why in the hell would I go through all this trouble? What am I going to get out of it? Well, my fellow entrepreneurs, there will be a prize for the top three business owners. The first place prize will be $3,000,000. The second place prize will be $2,000,000. And the third place prize will be $1,000,000. Yes, you did hear me right, a total of $6,000,000 in prizes, just for opening a business and running it! Sounds like a pretty easy way to win some millions!

I would like to open the acceptance of entries for Sunday November 21st 17:00 local time until Sunday November 28th 17:00 local time. After that time, all APPROVED businesses may be posted in the St Louis business district and will have until Friday December 3rd at 23:59 local time to bring in as many customers as possible before I close it down to tally the numbers and announce the winners. Any business that is posted without approval, per St Louis business district rules, will not be eligible for the contest. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask! I will be happy to answer them! I look forward to seeing the kinds of creativity this will produce!!

Cassiopeia again takes Ramone's hand, stepping off the soap box and making her way back to HQ to prepare for the incoming business proposals for the contest.

I would love to take part although I have been ordered to take a leave of abscence for two weeks. I'm  jetting off to Delaware City on Monday. If i was going to be here I would definitly take part.

I was quite sure of the fact that we were allowed to open a business, that's not what I was asking. I was questioning whether or not we'd be eligible for the prizes.

I think it would be unfair if some people had no idea about this so i thought i would bring it up again. If however there are people that wish not to participate i wouldnt mind joining some of you to a Katie Murdocks movie theater or we can sit in Syrup waffles Garage and wait for our cars our my pick up truck to get fixed up. Even then if you need a ride to any of these places Stormy has a limo business that could escort you around.

Cassiopeia walks back and forth in front of her poster. Then she stops and begins scribbling on it. She steps back, studies it for a moment and then smiles before turning around and facing the busy people.

Due to some recent problems with being able to speak in the streets and being able to visit businesses in the districts, the contest has been extended by a few days. Instead of closing it up on Friday the third of December at 23:59, it will be closing on Monday the sixth of December at 23:59. Once again, the contest has been extended until Monday December 6th at 23:59. Hello Cassi, I would like to thank you for working so hard on this contest, you did a great job putting it all together. I am very proud of you and honored to have you in my family.


I would also like to thank everyone that participated in this event. All of you that opened a business have helped to make St. Louis a better place. They were all truly great places and I am sorry for not visiting any of them personally but I thought it would be best if I stayed out of them until the contest was over, that way nobody got an unfair advantage.


To the top three, I congratulate you all on a job well done. You have truly earned the prize money that you will receive. I hope you all enjoy it and put it to good use.


Even though the contest is over I encourage the rest of you all to come to St. Louis and start a business of your own. We want our city to be filled with different types of businesses to cater to everyone's needs.
