Cathy Parks walks into the Streets with a wry smile on her face and followed by several of The Red Fez Connection. She finds an open space and begins to speak. "Today was a black day indeed. We saw the Gods strike down Hannibal in his sleep and Las Vegas once again was left without a leader. "The recent course of events has seen many good people die and their offspring left without homes. Now with Hannibal's passing, it's because even more imperative that action be taken to provide shelter for those who want to be a part of this thing of ours. "Therefore today, the curren leaders of The Six Cities held an emergency meeting and decides upon two new auths for Las Vegas. The first of which I was given the honour and priviledge to announce myself. "I put forwards a man who has been both a part of The Cult and Alcoholics Anonymous before he put on a red fez and joined me in Philadelphia. He has worked hard for his respective families and I am proud to stand here today and give him an opportunity that none of his bloodline have had the occasion to experience. "I had been in talks with this gentlemen for some time about giving him his own Organisation, but the timing was never right. Today I feel that have now reached a junction where he can set out on his own and prove to the world that he is deserving of a bold suit.
