Johnny exited his headquarters and addressed the gathering and somewhat impatient crowd. As Miss Parks has said earlier, there are two new families in the city of Las Vegas as a result of Hannibal's tragic demise yesterday morning. I know you've been waiting all night to hear about the other new leader, so I will hold you in anticipation no further. I would like to introduce to you all a man that has demonstrated to me his dedication to our way of life time and time again. While I won't lie to you and say that I'm looking forward to his speech (the third person truly wears on you), I will say that I'm looking forward to seeing what he will do with this opportunity. Ladies and gentlemen, I'm pleased to announce that TheCaptain will be setting up alongside BruceCarrol in Las Vegas. Congratulations, my friend. I know you will do well. |

After hearing of his auth, The Captain walks down the streets where a small speech is being given about his auth, and he stops to give a small thank you to everybody. A prelude to a much longer thank you speech that he has yet to prepare. The Captain would first like to thank JohnnyAxe for taking him in after Alfieri had to step down and...well most of you know what's happened since. The Captain needed a home, and Mr. Axe gave him that home, and in that short time that the Captain was there, he felt as if he truly belonged. The Captain would also like to thank Alfieri. Yea The Captain knows that's a bit controversial, but without him, he may not have come as far as he has, and for the chance Alfieri gave The Captain, he is eternally grateful. Of course The Captain thanks the current group of CLs, as without their approval, he would have had this auth and, even though it came as a complete surprise, he truly thanks them all and will not prove their choice to be a mistake. Finally, The Captain would like to thank all of his friends, because without their support, he may not be here today. The Captain would like to end on this final note, although he's appreciative of all the congratulatory mails you're sending him, he can't reply to them all at the moment, because he's working out his new Family, but rest assured, he will return all of your mails as soon as he can. Thank you all once again. The Captain hurriedly walks away, and back to his new Headquarters, before anybody can distract him any longer from the hard work that still lies ahead of him. |
