How could casinos be improved to be worthwhile again?

If not casinos what would be a great alternative? 

Part of me would like to see a very small grace period to cover losses when a casino is technically bankrupt.  To be out the entire investment instantly is pretty brutal and I'm kind of interested to see what the average ROI is lifetime for investments.  Location is also a factor, so cities that aren't frequently visited because of their drug prices/location relative to the map of the game almost always means that the central cities will have an inherent advantage in number of potential users for their casino.

its a lot of investment up front but there is the XP value (i hope). but you can probably make that xp up someplace else.

I have always wondered about the casinos here.  I enjoyed a learned a lot from the comments shared here.

I honestly dont think they are worth the cost and risk. It takes things to go right to make your money back.

Everyone on this site has a gambling problem. Watch $dice vs. #main; #dice will always have more posts at nearly a 2 to 1 ratio.

I don't see much value to them. Tying up $120 million in funds for tiny gains over the next 6 months isn't attractive to me. Maybe it's just a status symbol thing. Though I know the poker tables can be lucrative.
