| Central Park (RP) | Started by: Isabella_Ditto on Jan 28, '08 13:26 |
| Isabella stumbles through the streets, trying not to bump into anybody. She trips and falls flat on her face. A young gentleman helps her to get up on her feet. As soon as she is up she steps into a muddy pot hole on the sidewalk. Frustrated she stops and pulls out a hankerchief and cleans her shoes. Nearby, she hears music in a distance. She follows the sound of music and finds herself in Central Park. There is a band playing music. She gets closer and saw a huge crowd dancing. She begins to tap her feet. | |

She extends her hand. I would love to. He takes her into the middle of the crowd and starts dancing. He spins and throws her up in the air. You are pretty good. The crowd started clapping and cheering them on. |

Letting her sit first, being the gentleman he is. You know I still haven't caught your name. I'm James by the way. He looks off into the group as they all dance and clap with the tune of the song. Birds chirping along as well. Sky as bright as always no cloud in sight. Beautiful day I must say. |

She sits. My name is Isabella. Nice to meet you James. It is a beautiful day here. I want to know something. Where did you learn how to dance like that? She looks inside her bag for her pack of cigarettes and pulls one out. Do you mind if I smoke? |

No go right ahead. Sits back and relaxes. My father and mother taught me some, then I just learned as I watched. I love to dance. James dazes off a bit thinking back to when he was younger and his father and mother would show him dance steps. What a lovely couple they were. He wishes he could go back to those times once more, when it was peaceful and everything was quite simple to him. Now he has grown up and realizes things weren't so peachy for his parents. |

I've came across a few that were and some that weren't. I suppose every city had people like that though. Always a bad apple around. James watches as the crowd disburses and the band stops playing. Looks like todays festivities are over. That was quite enjoyable. |
