Just above the sky in Philly a set of dark clouds rolled in, red and yellow lighting filling the sky. The lighting was combined and striked down somewhere in Philly. It was as if the lighting was forming a circle, long streams shouting out of the circle within seconds it was gone, but a fading trail of that lighting was panning through the streets.

The red lighting had stop and a man was stumbling out, along with the yellow lighting stopping. The man in the red suit punched the man in the yellow suit very hard. Knocking into the building behind him ultimately knocking him out. Within seconds the red suited man disappeared into the yellow lighting.

A few hours later.

“Excuse me mister..” A young boy was kicking the leg of the yellow suited man.

The man looked like lighting appeared around him and then he was standing, but only to drop to his knee holding his head.

“You alright mister… are you one of them circus people?” He asked the man.

Picking his head up and looking at he boy with some anger in his eyes. “No child I am the Reverse Flash how do you …. “ Noticing the boy’s clothing he rubbed his hand down his face.

He stood up now ignoring the boy, looking and noticing crowd of people and the vehicles parked on the side of the street he sighed. “Not this place again. How do we always end up here we I fight him? Its like this world never ages!”

Shaking his head and dusting himself off he decided he would have to stay while to get his speed charged back up. Looking up at the sign seeing Race St. he could help but laugh. “Well I am sure I am the fastest man alive currently let's take a stroll down here.”

RF walked down the street only to find a bunch criminal organizations which made him smile.
