New York; My Friends, My Enemies Started by: TheSecretAssassin on Nov 21, '10 05:19

stepping out onto the streets of New York, he sees people lined up ready to kill him..

Wait now people, lets get things straight without you getting all "I'm higher than you, I can say what I want.."

How many of you actually know what happened between the hours of last night to late this evening?, I'm guessing no one..

hands out a message from his father, TheSmilingAssassin

"What can I say, many people will be pissed off with the fact that I went against the Godfather, but I'm hoping at least a few realise that I actually didn't..
I deal was made between all New York leaders that the family line of Melis would never again be welcome back to New York, but our dear, loyal New York leader, Altidore, broke it and recruited Wingz knowing who her parents were, even though he denies knowing until a later date..
I have always been loyal and dedicated to New York and TheDean, but it seemed that I was the only person who cared about this said person being in New York, well, so I thought.
I've had enough of double standard leadership, one person can do something and nothing gets said, another does the same thing and gets punished..it's crazy.
I shot and killed Wingz not via bloodline hunting, but because she was in New York, so I blame Altidore for being a disloyal and uncaring NY leader in bringing her back, she should have never been allowed back in New York after what he parent done.
I will die now for what I have done, but I will look down upon this world and ask myself if it was worth giving up all this time and effort to just kill one person who will of course end up back in New York again...and the answer is, hell yeah!, I will die knowing that I was the only person in New York with the balls big enough to actually stand up and take no shit while the other leaders sit back like little chimps too scared to do fuck all because they don't want to die...
Let me tell you guys, if you fear death, this is the wrong line of work for you!!

I am not sorry for what I done, nor will I ever be, I done what I done for New York no matter how much people want to bitch about it or claim I was just thinking about myself. If I was thinking about myself, I would killed a few more people just for the sake of it, but I didn't, I killed one person and then waited for my fate.

My father was too loyal to New York, he loved them more than they obviously loved him and clearly had no respect for him after all he had done for them.
Killing my father was fine, but to sit back and act like he was some sort of rogue is very displeasing...

As for today's events, I would like to make it known that the actions of former Detroit member, Loyal, was in no way actions of Detroit itself. Loyal acted on his own without any conversations of the Detroit leaders and joined the -Rogue Party-

The only people responsible for tonight's rogues are me.

Thank you.

It seems very fickle to me for your dad to have killed Wingz knowing that her daughter would be right back in NY in a heartbeat; just doesn't seem worth it and wholly counterproductive to his own efforts.

Did he approach TheDean or did he decide to take the matter into his own hands unprovokingly?

It just seems so arbitrary considering he waited until she was a Boss before taking action :/

Fishy...

Report Post Tip

My father spoke with TheDean a few times regarding her bloodline returning to NY, yet nothing was said or done about it, TheDean assured me he had it sorted, but long down the line, it obviously wasn't, so my father took care of it himself.

Report Post Tip

Whatsername looks around wondering when and where this pact signing was and why she was never asked to scribble her name on such a document. Oh well, there are some things best left unknown she thinks to herself.

Pact or no pact, there is no making of rules on how the city will run without the say of the Godfather, the man was given the rank for a reason after all. If the Godfather was part of this pact, it is at his sole discretion if the pact is thrown aside, veto power for the win.

Unfortunately your father's sense of loyalty is in poor taste. Shooting a member of New York without the approval of the Godfather is not loyalty. His members continuing to shoot members of New York, is also not loyalty. It is pure selfish greed. Your father thinks this took balls? I think it took diminished brain cells. Then again as one who does not ever strive to have balls herself, maybe I just have no clue what having or wanting balls is all about.

Now you tell us your father was not a rogue? Whatsername pulls out a small dictionary from her purse and turns to the page required. Rogue: no longer obedient, belonging, or accepted and hence not controllable or answerable; deviating, renegade. Since TheDean said it was sorted (but obviously not to your father's liking), he shot without his permission and not one single crewleader in New York that I have spoken to since agrees with your father's actions, please explain to me how he was not a rogue.

Report Post Tip

Whatsername,
Rogue? my father? god no..he killed the daughter of a woman who fucked over NY..who was also the same bloodline that fucked over NY before that too..it wasn't rogue, it was standing up and doing something a lot of other people wanted to do, but didn't.

I do like your last statement about other NY leaders not agreeing with my fathers actions..damn shame there isn't a truth day or I was actually a really big cunt and showed you some messages I've been sent.

Report Post Tip

Your father was a rogue because he did not have authorization from our Godfather to take the shot he did. End of story. I'm not going to sit here and argue the meaning of a word, I have much better things to do. TheSmilingAssassin shot a boss from New York without the blessing of TheDean and we can call it anything we want but it was wrong on so many levels. If not he'd still be walking these streets!

The amount of bloodshed I have seen today on both sides of this battle, all New York blood I might add, does not help me in understanding how one person was worth this arguement. Regardless of her parent's past, I really do not see how two crews needed to lose so many people.

If you had such a pact with the other New York leaders, why not everyone approach TheDean with their concerns? Do not tell me it goes back to having balls because that is a poor arguement which does not even fit the situation at all.

Report Post Tip

Essentially you place all your honor on being the judge jury and executioner of people who have fucked up throughout their bloodline and that makes you the righteous leader who achieved what others couldn't? I don't know how there was room for 6 crews in New York judging by the size of your ego.

The second that you decided that you were the Godfather of New York instead of just a Crewleader is the moment you became a rogue.

Report Post Tip

The only people responsible for tonight's rogues are me.

In the best interests of New York, you asked friends of your father's to set up and continue to shoot at New Yorkers?

My father was too loyal to New York, he loved them more than they obviously loved him

So the love is gone one generation removed?

Your contradictions sicken me and with that I am done this discussion. Let it be known Whatsername believes:

TheSmilingAssassin was wrong.

TheSmilingAssassin was a rogue.

TheSmilingAssassin could have dealt with the situation a billion different ways that would have turned out so much better, but I am not here to give lessons, I charge for those by the hour.

I will now go off in search of whatever the female version of balls is.

Report Post Tip

Knowing I argue a the bloodline of a previous CL, and knowing that your line has earned quite some merit and respect among us. I must still say with a heavy heart what Whatername has stated.

TheSmilingAssassin could have dealt with the situation a billion different ways that would have turned out so much better, but I am not here to give lessons, I charge for those by the hour.

I mean I don't teach tuition, but there were alternative methods of dealing with this situation. Was your decision correct? I would say in its purest form its flimsy. But at the same time, your awarded quite some opportunities as a CL to make your voice count. This could have been settled another way...and the fact that it came down to this, is just sad.

Report Post Tip

In the best interests of New York, you asked friends of your father's to set up and continue to shoot at New Yorkers?

I want it to be known that neither TheSmilingAssassin or TheSecretAssassin asked my father to go rogue and shoot at the family of Altidore, he did that off his own back as he was loyal to TheSmilingAssassin

Unfortunately your father's sense of loyalty is in poor taste. Shooting a member of New York without the approval of the Godfather is not loyalty. His members continuing to shoot members of New York, is also not loyalty.

It is loyalty though, Grim_Reefer was loyal to TheSmilingAssassin right up until the moment he died.

Report Post Tip

TheSecretAssassin, your fathers decisions cost the lives of many people, most of which belonged to his family and thus were members of New York. You failed New York when you took matters into your own hands and you failed your family when you damned the consequences. Through life you appeared a decent leader but in death your flaws were laid bare, you were a selfish individual who cared not about your family, about omerta and about loyalty but more about your own perception of right and wrong.

I know the decision to take your father out was a difficult one for those that made the call, testiment to the good TheSmilingAssassin accomplished in his life, it is just a shame you sully his name with "scriptures from the dead".

TheSmilingAssassin made a mistake, man up and move on.

He killed an induced member of Our Thing. Last time, I checked that's pretty cardinal without a sit-down and approval. We have rules signore, rules that separate us from the parasites and bottom feeding criminals and it's very unfortunate he felt obligated to disregard these rules.
Regardless, what is done is done. May your father rest well and I hope you remember him in a good light - not this passionate crusade he led in the twilight of his life. Need to use your head in this business, not your heart.

Report Post Tip

I believe that TheSmilingAssassin was, shockingly enough, unaware of what bloodline hunting is. He claims, in that hastily and emotionally wrought letter to you, that he was shooting a person due to being in the city. Because her mother "fucked over" New York she should never find employment and at a later date, respected rank with a New York crew.

I hope you're listening TheSecretAssassin because I have a simple question for you. Isn't bloodline hunting where you take into account the actions of the entire bloodline and kill for it, rather then what the current member of the bloodline has done?

Ancalagon chuckles

You know, even my newest thugs know this simple thing.

Report Post Tip

I am not sure if it is my place to comment here, being only a Wise Guy myself. But from what I can gather from this sordid affair is that it is bloodline hunting, but in a vague kind of way. Allow me to elaborate...

Bloodline hunting, as I know it, is purposefully hunting the bloodline of a person with the sole intent of killing them every time. At first glance that appears to be what happened here, but if you look closer TSA mentions a pact between the leaders to leave that bloodline without a home. So it would seem, going by the definition of bloodlining, that it isn't exactly bloodlining - only by a technicality though, I guess.

I am not sure entirely what I think about what happened, and obviously TSA was disloyal in going against his Godfather. If his Godfather told him he would sort it or it had been sorted then he should have left it at that, and had faith in his Godfather's own choice and decision.

The fact that seemingly so many of his crew-members rogued upon his death is perhaps a testament to his leadership before the decision which ended his life.

To summarise; I can kind of see why TSA did what he did, but he could've approached the matter in many many different and better ways. Was this bloodline hunting? I don't have a clue, but it's definitely at least reminiscent of it. Bad decisions poorly justified, with some shows of loyalty to finish.

After having been busy for sometime I have found it hard to keep up with what is going on around here. Although having some free time to myself I decided to do a little investigating around the streets to find out some facts for myself and that investigating has led me here.

First off, here's a little tip TSA, when dealing with the Melis line, if you don't get on with her ignore her. You do that, she'll ignore you and then you can go about your day to day business without incident.

Okay now that's out of the way, on to the more serious matter of your complete and utter fuck up. You were given the honour to set up in New York and work for The Dean, you had at your disposal a direct line to the godfather of New York and the other crew leaders of New York to which you could have used to deal with your little issue.

Instead you decided to fire off half cocked and cause this stupid shit storm that could have very easily avoided. It's only over time that we the meagre public can know if a leader is good, or bad. Building a good reputation takes time, it doesn't happen overnight. However a bad reputation can be built in an instant and I'm sorry to say but with your actions this weekend you've done that quite well.

Good luck, your gonna need it. It's gonna take a lot of time for you to make up for this indiscretion.

Report Post Tip

Point Melis! It seems she's fucked over NY, yet again.

Also I'm very disappointed in the SmilingAssassin. Ole skool mobsters don't take that route and I considered you ole skool.

Report Post Tip

Ricketts only 1 of TSA's family rogued, Grim_Reefer. The others came from different families and had nothing to do with my father. He was killing on his own and had no assistance with that from the other 2. To be honest I'm not even sure what their reasons were for going rogue as they were not part of TSA's family.

Report Post Tip

Apologies Blue, I only woke up to witness the aftermath and not knowing where those particular people originated from I had assumed they were all fighting the same cause. Nevertheless, Grim_Reefer's show of loyalty to his fallen crewleader was something we could all learn from.

After humbly returning to the head quarters in Long Island from the woods of an unsuccessful weekend deer hunting, Sho sees Whatsername scrambling about trying to find "The female version of balls". Confused by her ramblings he started to poke around in her office to see if there was anything to tip him off. On her desk were several messages about immense bloodshed within the city. Whatsername still not paying any attention to Sho's snooping he digs though file after file to no avail. Had there been a pact to turn a cold shoulder to a marked family surely she would have had something in this office to implicate that.

As he watches Whatsername pacing forth and back scouring the pages of almost every leather bound book in her office and yet to notice he was even in the same room Sho stands back up and startles Whatsername with his proclaim.

So!
Let me get this straight.

A Boss from New York was gunned down?

Whatsername nods

By the hand of another Crew Leader within our very own city?

Whatsername continues nodding

Claims that said killing was to honor a cold shoulder agreement?

Whatsername's nods become more deliberate

And was against the will of the Godfather?

Whatsername begins to chuckle as she nods

Oi

Sho shrugs. As he walks out of the room he mutters

Sounds like a bloodlining rouge
