It was a cold January morning. Officially it was the day after the most depressing day of the year, so this day was possibly worse, as it did not even had that title. Apart from the cities of New York and Seattle, that had been raided and burned to ashes over the last days, the ground was frozen. Detroit was no exception to that.

Not that she had slept much at all, still Tammy had woken up early, as today was a special day. One that would be a landmark in her family line, as she had learned that she would be the very first of her bloodline to be authed to lead a crew. She was proud to be trusted by Soseki. And busy.. She was very busy, extremely busy. She had to get everything prepared for celebrating this special day..

A special day.. She thought, as she started preparing dough for pies, cakes and cookies..
OK, It's special for me, but it will have to stand out for others as well in a way..

For the celebrations of the opening of her own Headquarters, she decided to make something special.. Tiramisu Cupcakes it would be.

Easy to hand out, a proper treat, and alcohol inside. She smiled as she wrote down

Today's Special: Tiramisu Cupcakes

Tammy would never have finished all baking in time if she would not have arranged the lovely long-haired (Yes, Tammy was a bit jealous of her hair) Rapunzel and her distinguished loyal friend Breeze to help her sort what was needed on the location of her new headquarters in 12th Street. As she came to the place where her new Headquarters were located, she nodded and smiled as her trusted friends had sorted drinks, a temporary podium outside with music and

It's lovely how you also made it yours, she said to BreeZe as Tammy noticed the beer and wine stack that he had prepared for what was probably the rest of the month. Rapunzel had grinded fresh Colombian coffee beans and was now flirting around the streets, handing out invitations to whoever she encountered..
Mostly to attractive men, Tammy noticed.

As she stood there, all set to serve coffee, tea, or even mango juice, of course with Today's Special to whoever would bother to come by, she saw her boss Soseki walked towards her, Lust and Wraith accompanying him. They looked cheerful, judging from their eyes, they seemed to have had some extensive, long-lasting talks recently. Maybe they were a bit worried about Tammy setting up exactly next door to the largest casino in 12th Street, Detroit.

She embraced Soseki and kissed him on the cheek.

She looked back over her shoulder, smiled at Rapunzel and BreeZe, before looking back at her leader, saying
Thank you so much for the opportunity you are giving us! We will not let you or our Godfather Rampage down!

Next, she hugged Lust and gave her a little kiss on the cheek, then smiled at Wraith, offering them all a Tiramisu Cupcake.
Tammy was feeling proud about Today's Special.

Louis had heard of free cakes in Detroit and took the first plane there to investigate.  He looked in his holdall and checked the usual things were available; bowl, spoon and backup custard dispenser.  Among the throbbing crowd of a few bystanders, Tammy went round repeatedly handing out cupcakes.  It was the busiest he had ever seen Tammy, who these days was often found leaning against the wall while everyone did her work.  Structural support was all she was good for it seemed. 

Maybe she had something on the wise Soseki? 

Maybe she had done something to the cupcakes and this was now a grand plan to have the world comply to Tammy’s will.

If Tammy was needing to get compliance, she was obviously about to hit the dice, Louis took himself off to the post office and packed his wallet and casino credit notes into a box to have delivered back to Philadelphia.  No dice loans today!

Louis walked back and took his bowl out.  Tammy walked past and dropped a cupcake into his outstretched bowl.

“Congratulations Tammy.”

Louis took out his custard dispenser, filled the bowl and started eating it with his spoon.

Tammy, there is no doubt you will not only succeed but I believe you have the makings of a great Family Leader. I wish you all the best and I am sure you know you can call on me any time.

*grabs a box of cupcakes to take back to the boss*

He had heard the good news and thankfully it happened to come about on a day he was hungry. He cleared his schedule and made sure he stopped off at the local liquor store in advance to purchase a bottle of their finest champagne. With his bag in-hand, he ventured across 12th street with Soseki and Lust to show his support for Tammy.

"Well well, the waitress made it big after all! Who would have thought that someone who served cold coffee so often would get an opportunity like this huh!" he chuckled to himself.

"Its been an absolute pleasure working alongside you all this time Tammy and I am so glad that you have got this chance to head on out and build something of your own. I have no doubt that it will be special, I know that without that uniqueness, it simply wouldn't be you. Just remember, I still need my coffee delivered every morning otherwise I will be there at the top of your complaints list!"

Handing over the bottle of champagne and hugging her, he took a moment to have a quick look round and admire the new decor that Tammy had begun work on.

After giving Tammy a big hug Soseki took one of the Tiramisu cupcakes and gave it a try.

Mmmmmm. These are delicious!

Noticing that Rapunzel was not wearing a hair net, Soseki finished the cupcake with a little more caution than he had exercised in his first bite.

I'm so proud of you Tammy! You've done more than I could have ever asked for the great city of Detroit and done all the hard work at Tranquillity ever since Lust left to start her own flourishing and very respectable family. I honestly don't know how I'm going to manage without you! But if I ever get to the bottom of those weird fluctuations in the crew bank account I'll let you know!

At this Soseki saw the newly appointed head of Race Street, LouisMezzo , chuckling into his bowl of custard but thought nothing of it. 

I can't wait to see what you can accomplish now that you have the opportunity to forge your own path, but I've seen first hand that you have all the skills to make it something spectacular!

New on the streets, Athena walked into what would seem to be a celebration. Noticing the cupcakes, her eyes got wide (almost like an anime character who gets big eyes when they see something great) and she snuck in, finding herself a cupcake. As she smiled sheepishly, she waved to Tammy and spoke.

I wish you great luck in all your endeavors! Thanks for the cupcake!

She said before ducking out and beginning to devour her cupcake as she followed the instructions she wrote on her hand to get back to her home base. What this weird dark haired woman was doing in this area, no one knew. All anyone could know was that she liked cupcakes, or maybe just sweets in general. 

Bitter weather has hit the region,and Clown was very cold and hungry ,he strolls in out of the cold and orders a coffee and todays special. he sees his friend the boss LouisMezzo there also  so asked if he could sit with him and Louis nods yes wonderful, Clown smiles and seats himself with him, they both finish their order and coffee. and decided they both need to be back at the HQ.

Tammy felt proud after Soseki's words.
I can't thank you enough for giving me the opportunity, boss!

Then she gave Wraith a huge hug as she accepted the bottle of champagne from her very close friend. He knew she would want to make this special, and she loved how he used just the right words to truely touch her.

Tammy was still smiling as LouisMezzo approached her, probably to ask her if she needed a loan for gambling.

She smiled as he held out a bowl.. Thank you for coming around!

What an individual! she thought. Tammy could not hold her laughter as she saw LouisMezzo take a custard dispenser from his inner pocket.
I do love that man, she mumbled, quickly adding that she never would say that out loud for him to hear. It was nice to see Clown- accompanying him, Tammy wondered if he would use LouisMezzo's dispenser as well, or if it was just for personal use of Louis.

As she was mumbling, her friend MustachePete spoke some lovely words. She couldn't help but give him a huge hug.
I know.. she smiled.. You are the synonym of loyalty, she added as she patted him on the shoulder. Thank you!
Oh, Pete.. Pointing she said
take that box over there.. I think ConstanceBonacieux will prefer the high-on-alcohol-ones, after what she has been through the last days.

Athena waved and made Tammy chuckle by her widening eyes and eager to find a Tiramisu Cupcake.

Rapunzel Finally lets her hair down after a long hard day at work

Rapunzel runs back to the kitchen to start preparing Tomorrow's Special

LonelyWolf find himself surround with friends, and says hey to all wonderful people who was in here at tme moment.

"Tammy, I want omething good, have you apple-pit  so will I have that and a big cup of coffe with little milk in it please."

Louis put his Pouramatic back in his overcoat pocket and stared into the middle distance

“Tammy, this ingenious piece of equipment produces consistently perfect lump free custard due to the patented Lumpbash dispesing system.  Yours from any good retailer for the reasonable price of…..twenty dollars.”

He snapped back to Tammy.

“What do you think, I’m thinking of doing something on radio to get these babies flying out the door.”

Tammy appeared to look blankly at him and walked away.

Louis tasted the cake, it was not unreasonable but the custard was the star on this plate.  Its velvety smoothness was perfect and not even one hint of agglomeration anywhere.  He reached in to his pocket and squirted some more in, pretty soon it was just a bowl of custard…homeopathic cupcake custard where the cupcake is a long distant memory but the custard keeps rolling. Why would anyone want anything more?

The Clown and LouisMezzo  walked into this place very hungry,and asked what the daily special was she replied and they both ordered it.    while sitting there they had a lil meeting about family stuff,and how good everyones doing and he is pleased.  the waitress brought their food they both started to dig in .Clown says this is very tasty  and LouisMezzo nods and says indeed it is. they finished all up and Clown paid the bill him and LouisMezzo had to take a short flight back home so they walked over to the airport terminal...
