She looks up from some paperwork to see Heston, Head Chef of The Culinary School in Bela Vista staring her down while holding a plate of steaming hot goodness. Yes, my dear? Is there something I can help you with other than devouring your amazing creation? Heston looked at her with a grin and placed the food down in front of her stating that the cost would be allowing him to bring his delicacies to The Big Apple. Well, I guess the boys in Brooklyn need to be fed too. This just gives me another reason to check out a play on Broadway! Of course, you may go to New York! You have my blessing! Now, get a move on! I'll be expecting some food in my belly tomorrow night at the latest. Until then... She inhales the aroma from the plate in front of her... Let You have a lot of work to do my dear. Pack up your pots, your pans, and your knives. Get a move on! I will truly miss you and have valued our moments working together. You have been a blessing to Philly and we're going to miss you. Bottom of the cockles of my heart I mean that. Good luck sweets, I'll see you soon. She hands Heston an envelope and smiles. It's not much, but I hope it helps. Wiping a tear she looks at her plate and sighs happily before filling her belly with its goodness. |

Heston packs the pots and pans and sharpens his knives before stowing them away in an old kit bag from his grandfather he now had to go and set up another restaurant this time in NY he was thinking large and flashy maybe one of them neon signs above he put that thought aside and wondered what creation he was going to make for the godmother “bacon it has to include bacon and lots of it” his mind wanders “so much to think about and bacon” Heston composed a thank you letter to Constance and left it outside her office thanking her for absolutely everything that has happened in Philadelphia he sure was going to miss this place |
