Reverse_Flash was speeding through the streets the red lighting trailing behind him. Noticing the cowboy dressed man he stops. The lighting slowly dissolves around him. Hear this man's words and began to clap his hands together just before disappearing with a red trail of behind.

"Great to see you back Kenny Powers, if you need any more enhancement stuff just give me a shout."

Deadshot smiles and winks at Kenny as he leaves the streets.

Lynchy always liked to walk through the docks in New York. It reminded him of simpler times - his first sighting of the land of opportunity. The air was thick with the murmur of different languages and cultures mixing together for the first time. As he looked around he saw nervous looking families thrown in the deep end in a new environment and not really sure what to do. Suddenly he then spotted a a man who stood out through the crowd. He stood out because of his confident air and not to mention the Sombrero.

KennyPowers, I like your style. Damn, we could have done with a guy like you in our organisation. I never say no to a go-getter. Sure, you’re a little rough around the edges still, but nothing that a bit of mentoring wouldn’t sort out. I see you’re with New York now. Lynchy tips his hat and continues to meander through the docks to size up the latest batch of immigrants.
