Heston had been busy the last week moving his own restaurant across the country had taken its tole maybe he should of found a company and have had them do it. Heston suddenly had a great idea and called for is friend Angelo_lagusa “maybe just maybe you should be the one to set up such a company what do you think? Maybe then we could also export food back to Philadelphia we all know the guys and girls there are missing out on the daily feasts maybe we could go national or even international”

The pair spoke at great length over fine red wine and pasta before deciding on a place in Manhattan a large warehouse enough room for storing international shipments and a wagon or two Heston called the landlord and set up an meeting after a brief exchange where both parties agreed both keys and money were exchanged deeds signed and signs erected

Looking at Heston he smiled as he raised a glass in thanks, sitting as he ate the meal he looked on thoughtfully.

"It is with great honour and privilege that I go out and start up for myself.  I have had the pleasure of learning from many people since I moved from Brolo to the Americas.   My family grew Lemons and Olives back home, but after the war my father wanted more for me, to explore new opportunities and markets, now I am here."

"I still have some contacts that have retired or returned home to bring the finest meats, pasta, vegetables and fruit here and I believe it will open opportunities for us both.   A wider product range for you, then i have already brought to your establishment and new clients for the culinary school as parents teach their children of their traditional dishes and bring a flavour of home to the city."

"I thank you and each with us or departed for the part they have played in getting me to this position."

Raising his glass he smiles "to absent friends and new opportunities"
