In this thing of ours, criminal based offences are considered especially tiring. In Seattle, the dedicated detectives who provide a comfy HQ for these tired mobsters are members of an elite squad known as the Sleepy Victims Unit. These are their stories.

Vicky glances at the clock: 3:17 AM. That's too early. She told herself she was going to get a good sleep before the long day ahead of her. This wasn't an emergency. She didn't have to wake up at this time, but she did anyway, must have been the excitement in her veins. She slowly rubbed her eyes, sat up and reached around for her glasses. Knowing that she was going to present two special announcements today, she picked out her best outfit. A designer pink dress with matching pumps of the same colour. With a wink at the mirror on her way out the door and a flick of the hair, she made her way to the family headquarters.

TUESDAY 29TH JANUARY

Bright and early, she was. The clock was not at 7 am. Wow, I take super long to get ready, she told herself. She headed into the main lounge room of the HQ and gathered all her members for a family meeting. There was a long narrow glass table, surrounded by a perfect amount of sleek metal chairs for everyone to sit on. Vicky stood, looking at everyone.

Did everyone get a good nap? Yes? Good, good.

In a warm yet stern tone, Vicky addressed the faces of her loveable members.

In a time where we are building up from the ashes of Seattle's past leaders, I am taking the responsibility now to slowly but surely bring Seattle back up on its feet. With the blessing of Godmother ConstanceBonacieux and Rafa for me to set up here, I'm extremely grateful and proud for this family and all of you. Words can only do so much, so the actions that will be taken today will be without a doubt, eventful. 

Here we have, Beowulf, and he will be having a family of his own in Waterfront. I am quite sad that he won't be in the SVU headquarters anymore, but rest assured we will all be keeping contact still. Please everybody welcome Memory Loss Manor led by my dear right hand to Seattle. Congratulations, honey. This received a few cheers and genuine claps from the members, one of them raising one closed hand in the air and pumping it.

Now, everyone hold your horses as I present the next family to bless Seattle. Each of the members looked at each other in anticipation, wondering what Vicky's next words would be. Vicky looked around, unable to wipe off the sheepish smile on her face. The city of Philadelphia holds many honourable members and gang-affiliated associates, and there is a certain someone from there that will be coming over here to Seattle in order to help grow the future of this wonderful city. 

Vicky knew that Elvis was going to walk in here any second, so she took a deep breath and waited. When she noticed a familiar figure approaching the family, her eyes flitted with recognition and amazement.

Elvis, as you can see here standing before all of you, will be leading a crew of his own as well. Ballard will no longer be an empty district, but a breeding ground for special talent and hard workers. Especially those who can sing, eh? Please everybody welcome The Hound Dogs to our city.

And that was a wrap. Vicky quickly ended the family meeting, let everyone do their own thing while she pulled Beowulf and Elvis aside for a quick pep talk and friendly chat.

You both know how I feel about both of you. I'm super excited for what you guys will achieve as we work together, but remember - you cannot and will not do this alone. I am here.
