Ladies and gentlemen of this thing of ours: I am short on time, but I come with a simple spot of news from our city to yours. Pursuant to the agreement set forth for the Seattle open city, two additional members of our society have stepped forth and met all the requirements to take on the admirable challenge of rebuilding Seattle.

Elvis will be taking the great district of Ballard, while Beowulf will be looking after Waterfront. Constance and I have both personally visited their safehouses and, let me tell you, they are quite the sight.
