Hilo! I mean hi, hello! I'm known as APerfectCircle, please excuse me for my tardiness, I was leaving my home when I saw an old woman walking by with a beautiful new handbag and then out of nowhere a man attached himself to it and made a run for it. I chased that sucker down and got the handbag back. Thing is, when I went back to where the old woman previously stood there was no sight of her she mustn't have wanted it back that badly.

Enough about that. I'm sure you're all wondering why you're here. WELLL have I got some news for you...

Last night, in a dream of all places, god intervened in the form of a GOAT and told me to rid myself of my current possessions and in return everlasting good fortune for me. Love that GOAT.

So I have decided to hold a little competition and the rules couldn't be simpler... All you have to do is write something and include your home city in the title. I will judge and you will get the most points from interaction with your story, article, debate or whatever you want it to be...

If anyone else thinks they could do with a bit of this everlasting good fortune they may contribute and join the judging panel but as of this moment the prize pool is 1 MILLON DOLLARS.

As I stood and listened to this fine gentleman I couldn't help but wonder if he found the million dollar offer from the purse he found. I may never know the details of that particular event, however, what the man was proposing interested me for some odd reason. I have never had the ability to stand on the soap box. So maybe in some small way this will make up for that fact. 

I would like to step forward as one of the judges and if possible contribute an additional 1 million.
