Paul was sitting in the Headquarters of Out of the Ashes. And today, just like every day, he drank coffee with special ingredients made by his mate Spiels, but on this day he couldn't keep his gaze off of the painting of a Phoenix which hung on the wall of Headquarters.

That Phoenix reminded Paul of his own life a lot. He sat quietly, thinking about his past. He was born in Seattle , where almost everyone he knew had perished. Somehow, Paul survived and moved to LA and started a new life. He wasn't there long when  his family also got burned and that is moment when he was born out of ashes and had joined his Boss Miss_Niki in Las Vegas.

Even there he played Russian roulette with dices he got shot in the head , but by some miracle he survived and roseagain. He just kept looking at that Phoenix when he heard door of the office opened, Miss_Niki gave him a serious look and motioned him in the office. Paul came to the office of his Boss and took a seat. This time there was a paper on the table and a pen for him to sign. Paul was confused and looked at his Boss when she asked him a question  "How do you feel about being my captain?" Paul's head started spinning as he did not expect this promotion, he took a deep breath before he could open his mouth and say the words.  It will be my honor and pleasure to be your captain! Paul stood up and kissed a hand of his Boss Miss_Niki then he took the pen , but before he could sign it Miss_Niki said "You are like a rising Phoenix Paul." Paul smiled at her and he saw that as a sign that his crew was going to be born Out of the Ashes as a Phoenix Rising ! 

Paul had been through so much when Miss_Niki invited him to join him in Las Vegas. He had been one of the few survivors of not one, but two different wars. He had lost most everyone he left and had been all alone when she found him.

He had worked hard, and very quickly proven to her that he was loyal, and respectful. As the days went by, he had earned her trust, and she decided that he had earned the keys to his own HQ and the chance to lead his very own crew.

"Paul, thank you for your dedication and hard work... I know you will be an asset moving forward and a key component to the rebuilding of Las Vegas." 

Wally was sprinting across the nation in order to get over to the City of Sin so that he could do a bit of gambling. It wasn't what he usually did, but he figured it would be good to place a few bets on the upcoming football game. Then he could do a speed run of slot machines to try to hit the jackpot. As he was running through the city he heard a few local wise guys talking about a new auth in the city regarding a man named 'Paul Vitti' who he had chatted with a couple times in the past....

So now plans would have to change and he'd have to make a pit stop to say congratulations to the guy on his new business venture. With a quick change of direction he was on his way over to where they mentioned he might be. With a quick vibration of molecules he was through the outer wall and in to say hi to Mr. Vitti.

"Hi there Paul, it's good to see you and it's good to hear the news of you setting up here in Las Vegas. I just wanted to congratulate you and wish you good luck. If you ever need something while in the City of Angels just let me know. I'd be happy to help you out." He held out his hand and shook Paul's. 

KingAlucard was away on a buisness trip when he received the news of his friend Paul_Vitti being authed, he got a gift fr paul on his travels back, King went to pauls new hq and handed paul a bottle of aged old wine as a congratulations gift.

"Congratulations Paul my friend you deserve it and i know you will help build Las Vegas into one of the greatest cities like my ancestors once knew it to be"

After King took a walk around to get a view of the place he left to get back in touch with his mate to see how things where running

Spiels made his way to the brand new HQ in Vegas.  It belonged to his good buddy Paul_Vitti.  He made his way thru the crowd of people and gave Paul a huge hug.

Congratz my brother!  This is so well deserved.  I know you will do great things for this town!  

Spiels leaned in to whisper something in Paul's ear......

The most important thing to remember my friend......Its one pot of coffee, then you add in......

He cupped his hand so NO ONE else heard the secret ingredient. 

Deadshot was wondering the streets when he seen Paul_Vitti, he recognise the new crew leader of Las Vegas but as a Wise guy he was nervous to approach the new leader. After a deep breathe he built the courage and made his way over, catching his eye.

"You dont know me sir but I would like to congratulate you on your achievement and wish you much more success in the future. I look forward to see you and your new family grow in Las Vegas."

Deadshot gave Paul and smile then wondered back off into the distance.
