It was a cold and windy day in Chicago, Hayley stood looking out the window.  Its seems like she had just set up her HQ in the South Side, the time since that day had gone by quickly.  Now she was filling up, trying to find more room for everyone.  Poor Mangler had to sleep in the closet, it was about time she made space and got him a proper room.  She had recently purchased a building across the street from her own, knowing the day would come that someone else would need to venture out and help Chicago grow.  She had someone in mind, she had considered them for quite some time.  Someone she knew she could work with, someone who would be a great asset to the district and city. 

She sent Mangler to go find him, as she took a seat behind her desk.  As Tyrion comes in, she points to the seat across from her.  Barely able to see him over the desk, she had to lean forward to talk to him.  She really needed to have a phone book handy for him to sit on.  He looked slightly annoyed that she interrupted his day, and possibly drunk.  He sat wondering what she needed this time. 

"Tyrion, I think its time I kicked you out, this right hand thing is just not working."

He jumps out of the chair, looking rather angry.  She laughs, which makes it worse.  As he starts to say something, most likely nothing nice, she cuts him off and points to a building across the street.  She slides a set of keys towards him.  Unable to reach them on the desk, she finally just hands them to him. 

"That is going to be your new home."  Realizing what this means, he loses the look of anger and offers a slight smile.  Why couldn't she just get to the point, always had to be a pain in the ass. 

"I have known you for quite some time, and I can't think of anyone I would rather have working with me here in the South Side.  Like I said, the building is yours when you are ready."

They discuss the details, sign the papers to make it official, and make plans for a party later that night. 

Later that day, Hayley makes her way to the streets to share the news. 

"It is a wonderful day for us here at the Reckless headquarters.  TyrionLannister will be setting up beside me in the South Side.  Congrats to you Tyrion, definitely well deserved.  Its time to continue your journey.  I wish you the best, and look forward to building the district with you."

She steps back to let everyone offer their congrats to Tyrion.
