Honestly the responses in this thread are just damn depressing. Listen to your scientists. The earth is round. The earth is heating rapidly, and it's fucking things up. If you don't believe 99% of the scientists who publish in peer reviewed journals, go get a degree yourself. |

Sorry, but I do have a degree. Two actually, including one in science. The “99% of scientists” was a crap study that has long since been debunked as a crap study. The questions were poorly constructed and the sample size was to small to be considered anything but propaganda by statisticians. Most scientists fall into a third category that believes that climate does change, but are not convinced by the empirical data that it is caused by man nor convinced that man can significantly affect the change in any real and meaningful way. |
