the only way to change a name is via retirement or being shot and starting over, but will lose your progress. |

If you are changing your name you are essentially starting a new life. You are an unknown. You would have to claw your way back up the ranks working as hard as you did the first time. You're changing your name to start over again after all. What is the difference between this and just starting a new character? |

Yeah I’d be ok with this if they only allowed one change, and the previous name was in quotations at the bottom of the profile above your notes “Formerly Known as ——“ |
