Reverse Flash was zipping through the city of Philly. Stopping in dead in his tracks as he saw KidFlash from the future. His jaw dropped and realized he better get outta dodge, before KidFlash figured out he was here in this time period. While working in Philly he had heard a rumor of there being another speedster in LA.

He thought to himself that's where I will go then, to LA. He moved fast to get to LA running from one side of the US to the other. Making his way to the top of a building and stopping. Camping out waiting for nightfall as it is easier to see the light of a speedster when its dark.

Few hours later..

Sitting up at the top of the building he looked down noticing a blue streak of lighting then next to it a yellow. Tapping his chin, is it possible he thought to himself. Thinking hard, he couldn’t wait any longer he zipped down the building and zipped past the two speedsters. Stopping them both in their tracks.

First speedster he looked over black suit creepy mask, a smile came over his face. Hunter Zolomon. “Well if it isn’t Zoom.”

Then looking over to the other speedster, red suit not sure exactly who this is. Pondering about the possibility of it being a different WallyWest, but not the one of his universe. “But who is this?”

Wally felt a slight tingle in the back of his mind as Reverse_Flash showed up and greeted Zoom. He was sure he recognized this yellow and red suited speedster. His trip back to this era really started to mess with his memories of his past for some reason which was most likely due to his affect on the timeline. This speedster turned and took a look at him with a puzzling twist of the head...

"But who is this?" the words rang out in his ears as the new speedster spoke them. 

Eobard Thawne....that's it. The name of this speedster who use to be one of his enemies, or at least a major enemy of Barry Allen who he had left behind. If he could work with Zoom then he could work with this man, whether it was his Thawne or not. 

"I'm Wally West. If you're aware of it, there is a Kid Flash in Philly. Although we are from different 'places' of course. So honestly I'm not sure if we are from the same place or not. It's always hard to truly tell." He smirked.

The question had been stirring up in him the entire time that he and Zoom were waiting there....

"So why are we here? What's up Thawne?" He leaned against the wall and crossed his arms. 

Grinning at WallyWest before speaking, "Yes I saw him, he is the Wally West from my Universe." Starting to laugh as he realizes the Flash hasn't taught him about the Multiverse. "So your Earth's Flash never taught you of the Multiverse huh?" His had move apart sitting out above his hips as he still laughs, then placing them on his hips. "He must be dull."

"As for your question as to why we are here.. Its more of why am I here." Pointing to Zoom. 

Reverse Flash had quite the grin on his face as he began. "Rumor has it you started something in LA Zoom. I want a piece of this action. I think we know you owe it to me since I didn't help the Flash defeat you when he came back in time asking me for help." 

His hand move off his hips then to crossing his arms. 

Zoom looked back and forth between the three of them and couldn't help but to laugh. Who would have ever thought that this combination of people would potentially be allied... And yet given the life they were living it all seemed to click into place. He realized immediately that having another speedster within the ranks of LA would only bring good things to the city of Los Angeles. Zoom looked directly at Reverse_Flash and replied,

"Rumors from whom!? I don't even know what you're......" Zoom trailed off and sighed. There was no chance in hell that Reverse_Flash hadn't already done his research. 

"Yeah - well... about that. Here's the thing, I'm not sure what happened to Wally over there. It seems that his travelling through time has put a heavy damper on his ability to recall certain things. As for that son-of-a-bitch Flash... He isn't really an issue at the moment. The last I heard, he was on the opposite end of the country doing his thing and I decided to build an empire before going at him again. An empire that, by the sounds of it, you are wishing to join?"

Reverse_Flash raised an eyebrow and gave Zoom a look that blatantly stated "duh". Zoom chuckled and turned his head to WallyWest,

"So what do you think? Should we just let him in, or are we going to make him do something that fits with the style and persona we're choosing to run with?"
