You find yourself in the street of Las Vegas. The street where many casinos were laid out. This was called Fremont street. You and a few other suspicious people looking individuals were gathered around this specific store. It held bright lights that lit the letters up. Video steps out from the crowd and turns to address them.  

I would like to welcome you to the Radio Store. 

The lights of the words Radio Store change colors from Gold to Pink to Red to Purple to blue to green back to yellow then Gold again. After a moment of the lights changing he continues to explain to the crowd what this place was. 

Every once in a while for those who are active in my radio store located in Las Vegas they will be gifted with a target to shoot. See Although to the public we serve as a place where you can come and buy a new radio, for the rest of us, the rich and powerful it is a place where we can come together to drink, be entertained by a new band, have someone hit listed or network with each other. 

Let me explain a few things. Only hit list allowed in the Radio Store will be placed on the brick wall by myself. I wont allow a hit of anyone who is sponsored or protected by a family. Instead the individuals who i will be hit listed are what we call RIA or MIA. Sometimes, if you are there quite often you will receive a personal phone call from me about someone who needs to be taken out. This business is established with hopes to help those who need a little push in the marksmanship area and to bring massive success to Las Vegas. The business may only run for a few weeks or may run for a few months. All of this will be determined based off the level of support and activity received inside the Radio Store. 

General smiles erupt around the area. 

If you aren't a shooter but know a few people who are I will give you the information and you could safely pass it on to your shooting friend. No one has to directly know whether or not you pulled the trigger unless you choose to share that, which I highly encourage you not to do so. Finally this place is primarily meant to network. 

What is networking? It is forming friendships. It is establishing working relationships so that in the future, often the near future, you may have someone you can connect with or do a crime alongside to get things done. 

I look forward to seeing you in Vegas. I look forward to having a drink with you. Most of all i look forward to establishing a relentless pressure by the mafia elite of this world onto those who are infesting our world with their inactivity. 

With those final words Video turns and cuts the red ribbon that lead to the entrance of the store in Las Vegas. He then posted a paper explaining more clearly how the rules worked. 

The Radio Store 

The Radio Store underground is meant for those who are actively involved in a respected crew. If you are not in a crew and you find yourself in the Radio Store your life is in our hands. 

The rules to the Radio store are simple and listed below. 

1. Your regular presence in The Radio Store will give you the opportunity to earn a hit. This hit will be in the form of an MIA/RIA/Durden. This hit will never be in the form of a sponsored individual. 
2. If you are quite active you may receive a personal phone call about the location of an individual. That needs to be removed. IF you choose to take the hit yourself or pass it on to another is completely up to you. 
   1. If there are multiple active people inside the Radio Store a phone call will go out to all active people and it will be a race. 
3. If you don't actively engage in conversation with those gathered in the Radio Store you will not be gifted with personal phone calls. 
4. At least once a week a Hit will be posted on the wall about the time and location of someone who will need to be taken care of on the wall
   1. If you were active leading up to that moment in the Radio Store, You will be called by name to come and take a look at the wall. 
5. Donations to the Radio Store to keep this business are most welcome. It is a non-profit.
