Raki had been laying down at the edge of his room balcony, as he lay there, he could hear the rants and the conversings, that no one seemed to stop and listen to each other, he could hear them talking over each other, it became annoying, it was the same conversations as back then, the more he listened the more he felt as if he his brain cells were being destroyed by useless information, that he didn't already know. It was as if his mind became a sponge, sucking up the information, like people sucking through a straw, sucking up all the information, that he had been trying to forget that he had learned over the years. As he continued to listen, he could tell history yet again, was about to repeat itself, he felt annoyed, it was as if the people never learned, rogues trying to be heard, leaders trying to control the public, which he understood the intentions behind it, but he knew it would never work, you could control people anymore than you could control a wild animal. He sighed, as he turned over on his side, and saw them yelling at each other on the streets, he almost wanted to laugh, because one they looked ridiculious, spouting useless nonsense, just causing more drama, it was annoying. Then as he closed his eyes, he turned back on his back, as he thought back to what his parents told him, and what he has studied, it was really no different, now, than what it was back then, just why did people need to try and do things that annoyed others or control others was beyond him, he understood the new things and teaching others, and bringing new leadership, and in every single leader of today.....all of their ancestors had been in leadership, there was nothing new there, but he sighed, annoyed at the hypocrosy of it. He being in a grouchy mood already from his hunger, and he couldn't go out because of useless rants that never turned out, he tsked. As made his tongue click against his teeth, he looked bak down, as he could hear yet again, more useless crap that never worked, it remined him of a story when his parents told him about a few leaders that turned out to nothing by tyranny, which is about to happen again, and he could see it coming a mile away. He knew they meant well, but meaning well, and actually doing well, were two different things, and everyone knew it. He then almost laughed thinkin of the comp city, yeah that has been tried, and it never again ended well, someone always had to try and get to the top, and take the city back, yeah that does happen. He did laugh, because even though his ancestor hadn't been a leader for long time, he was sure that he could probably do something better, than just the same old same old, but he didn't want to lead in the comp city, that was a trap in itself, but if given the ambitions he could probably do something. He didn't feel like it, nor did he want to, becasue one he was better at workng from behind rhe scenes, until he was ready. As he listened to their screaming it was if their minds was becoming of the same thing fro the past, as if there was nothing new they could try, nothing they could figure out. As he lay there, it was as if the darkness was surrounding him from such a discussion, he wanted to reach out to them and shake them say hey, you know i understand what you are saying but...why dont you just try somethign different? who knew he could be so agitated by it all, he sighed, realizing it would do no good, but he wished could mute them some how, for one he had always seen leaders going to the top and wanting to take control, and thy say they wnated to make tings grand and work with our community, and make things great again, make things fun. But in the end...it never happens, there is no new blood in leadership, there is nothing new happening, it was another top person getting famous and trying to control everyone as usual, so there was really nothign new about leader ship. Raki finally pulled the flute from his inside pocket and put it to his lips as he started to played it a bit, telling the tale of how men went to war, and how blood painted the grounds they stood, children taken to their deaths, he closed his eyes feeling the moonlight touch his skin, ignoring the argments and the drama that people seemed to want to be involved in, and people seemed to drag him down with him, and this time he wouldn't allow himself to be a part of that, so he continued to play. Raki closed his eyes, he could almost see the past haunting him, as he wished he could turn back time and make people see that control and chaos came in hand in hand, like black and white, or good and evil, they always rode along side each other, sometimes people had to do bad choices for evil to be destroyed, sometimes you needed a monster to get rid of a monster, and maybe he would become that monster, who knows, but right now he would play his flute, and let the world of theirs devour themselves as he just did his own thing, and stayed out of it, and waited it out for them to understand that nothing they were doing was nothing that was new and it had already happened in the past. |
