Why on earth would a 3 hour old civilian be required to petty crimes when that option is not available? A change in order. |

You can turn-off the jobs and do petty crimes instead. |

You just need to join a family to do petty crimes though that could happen in the first 20 minutes of your game time. Atleast in my case |
