Congratulations to you sir and congratulation to Philadelphia on finally getting a gambling spot within it's borders. At least, I won't to leave the city, every night I felt like gambling, besides I can blackmail you into refunding some of my loss there, which saves me some wasted money. |

The quiet handsome gentleman stepped out onto the red carpet from his most prized acquisition, a gleaming black Bugatti Type 57, known to frequent the districts of the city of brotherly love only when the occasion merited such extravagance, handing the keys to the loyalist of his protection detail and moving up the carpet, pausing briefly to speak with a reporter from the waiting media pack, flash bulbs bursting, illuminating the snow flakes in the night sky. This is a most wonderful occasion for the city of Philadelphia, the creation of a new landmark for the gambling connoisseurs of the eight cities to experience which would not be possible without the exemplary work ethic of the hierarchy of The Flying Dutchman and those souls who sail aboard, my congratulations to them all, chiefly me. Turning from the hacks who had gotten their scoop and making his way to the entrance of The Grand Dutchman Casino, the maifoso turned to survey the growing crowds who had come to witness the opening ceremony and smiled thinking of how fantastically well business was progressing before then entering the establishment for a night of revelry which would go down in folklore for years to come. |

Anoxia had been watching this man, walking out of the soup kitchens, and into a casino, and it made him think out loud. "At this time of year, it truely is a wonderful thing to see the rich helping the poor, I for one feel like I should do more to help those in need" At this point, a small boy, dressed in raggedy clothes pulls on anoxia's trowsers, feeling generous at this moment of time, anoxia kneels down and slips $50 into the young boys pocket. "Go and get yourself and your family something nice for thanksgiving" As the boy runs off excited into the nearest sweetshop, anoxia has another thought. "I, myself have had a wonderful year, and i should be greatful, however, a man should enjoy himself" anoxia walks accross the street and into the casino, walking up to DavyJones "This is a mighty fine establishment you have here, how about we kick off in style, i trust you know your way around a poker table?" Anoxia sits down at the poker table, with a big smile on his face, knowing he will probably loose all his money, but doesnt care because he is happy. |

It is about time. I cannot stress how bored I am in cities without Casinos to play. Philadelphia has become a spot I will be looking forward to visiting. |
